Oh man, as much as I love this song, and Brian, I've tried to avoid it. Now I've gone & done it and I'm in tears, once again. I just lost the *love of my life* a few weeks ago. My 17 yr. old kitty, Sasha, had to leave for the Rainbow Bridge and it's truly broken my heart. Such a beautiful, beautiful song. So sorry about your Sasha, sending love and light your way. Our furry friends truly are members of our family.

Thank you, lulu1265. They truly are family members. I've been owned by so many over the years. This girl was so special as she was a one person kitty...mine!! Guess I just needed (another) little cry for her. I'm better now and excited about the concert!! She will always live in my heart until I join her someday.
I miss her sitting here with me though. She was here from the start of my Adam stanning, though out Idol and on, and on, etc. She would listen with me, and really seemed to enjoy the music...silly girl that she was. I have wonderful memories and know that she's safe now, and waiting for me. She sent me a beautiful rainbow a week ago. It was amazing!!
Oh, almost start time. I need to find the stream! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Gelly @14gelly 18m Ahahahaha so he's from KA home town then?! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAMikael Wood WRITER Mikael Wood writes about pop music in all its ever-quickening splendor. Prior to joining the Los Angeles Times in 2012, he was a freelance contributor to Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, Spin and the Village Voice. He grew up in Little Rock, Ark., graduated from Northwestern University and knows every word to “Mo Money Mo Problems.” Mmmmmm, don't think so. Check this out: articles.chicagotribune.com/2009-11-17/entertainment/0911170123_1_kris-allen-american-idol-frayI think he is just a pompous little @ss.

First I want to Thank everyone who so graciously brings over all the great pictures and video clips and of course those that record at the concerts for us, as Adam would say, "what a treat."
I watched all the videos from The Forum tonight, I've been so disturbed by Mikael Wood's review. I'm not disturbed anymore, he's a complete idiot...period. The audience absolutely loved it, as they should, what a fantastic, professional production, every last aspect of it. It wasn't a review it was a hatchet job, he clearly hates that Queen is touring again in 2014. His Editor should not have allowed him to review (and I say that sarcastically) this concert. No objectivity at all, he completely missed the mark. He misunderstood reverence, respect, honor and love for Freddie, as the band being stuck in the past, completely off the mark. Adam gets it, the audience gets it and intelligent critics get it. Adam is a very generous performer, he brings out the best in Brian and Roger. As I watched old video clips from the past, none showcased Brian as joyous as he's been on this tour. That joy has a lot to do with Adam and it has enabled Brian to perform at the absolute top of his game. They also bring out the best in Adam, what a win for all of us. Adam has brilliantly put his own mark on many of the songs and done so while honoring what has passed...truly a classy guy.
There is so much crap out there in pop music today, I'm not going to bash other musicians, but I don't think any of them come close to the quality of musicianship that is displayed between Adam, Brian and Roger and the rest of the band.
I also watched a lot of early Queen footage, I'm familiar with the music, loved a lot of it, not everything though and never saw them live. Freddie has a great command of the audience and an strong voice that projects very well. Freddie is not Adam! Adam's voice is heavenly yet also very commanding, he has so much nuance and beautiful intonation in his voice. All the critics should stop comparing Adam and Freddie, old Queen vs. today, and just evaluate and appreciate this tour on its own merit.

"Tickets are currently not available online."
Does that mean they're adding more tickets or have they sold out?

Someone should have definitely done their homework before writing their completely irrelevant professional?? review?? re QAL at The Forum. I've been disturbed since I read it. You have expressed exactly how I feel and have helped me feel less insulted. And, that's exactly how I felt -- insulted. I had such a great time listening to the stream and following the other concerts along this tour. After reading the idiot's review? I wondered it I was a total moron and complete idiot when it comes to feeling fulfilled musically and entertained visually cuz my feelings are completely opposite of his. Then, when Adam responded I was even more enraged that the review had gotten to him and he felt he had to explain to the idiot the band's intentions. Retro Rock Integrity!! EVERYONE else seems to get it and, truly, it's not that hard to understand. I love this tour and I LOVE the joy that their performance exudes each and every time. Brian was right when he mentioned in Vegas that Freddie's songs deserve to live on. The Queen catalogue deserves to live on and what an absolute thrill that we get to hear Brian and Roger bring it to us once again.

[wanders in yawning; looks around curiously]
Do we not have a daily thread or did it just de-sticky itself?
[grabs a flashlight and goes off to look for the thread]
