I think after Queen, Adam could put together an arena show combining pop-rock music and theatrical sketches -- like KQ and STL but even more. Sort of like a 2015-2016 version of the Zodiac Show -- with an ensemble of performers. I bet he could get it financed and I bet it would sell. And more importantly, I bet he could put together a great cast and band. Omigod! This is a fabulous idea. I would absolutely LOVE to see this show. I wish he would read your post, and be inspired. This would be a great transition and boost his name and album sales, and he would have such a fun time doing it. |

OT sort of --- but it illustrates how irrelevant financially recorded music sales are becoming -- Sia will have the #1 album this week with less that 50K units sold in the US!!  It is July -- the slowest sales month of the year -- but still! **** Thank goodness Adam is an amazing performer and has other ways to make money and hooked up with Bri and Roger! I always look at the back of the Rolling Stone to check album sales and I've watched the numbers go down over the years. I'm curious if all this tour exposure has impacted Adam's and Queen's current music sales. Any of the numbers people know? |
