For those that may not know, Liam explained that it was ADAM himself that requested Liam to do the interview! The QAL PR lady contacted Liam and told him that he had asked specifically for him!
And what's more, instead of the call being made by a manager/PR liason, Adam made the call himself - FIVE MINUTES EARLY!!!
Liam's co-host answered the phone to "Hi, it's Adam here, is Liam there?" and handed Liam the phone without telling him who it was.... and he said "Hey Liam, this is Adam"
It was very cool to hear the story behind the interview! And to be in the studio today when they did the show - they played the interview in (I think) 4 parts over a couple of hours.... lots of Glambert hilarity inbetween! And TV filmed part of it for our biggest network evening news bulletin! Also interviewed Aidan McEwan (Liam's brother) who you may remember from the Adam Lambert Hour. (Will share the link here when it becomes available)
All in all a BERTiful day!!!!!!!! :D
