Q3, I really enjoyed your comments on the technical aspects of the show. Just occurred to me - has anyone noticed any sign-language interpreters for the deaf at any of the shows? When I got my last-minute side-stage ticket for Elton John in Anchorage in 2008, i ended up with the interpreter right in my line of sight. Since Elton's back was to me while he was playing, my eye was drawn to the interpreter and it was both distracting and interesting to see how she acted out the lyrics. Oddly, I told the story of about 20 deaf teens with interpretors seeing Adam's GNT at Nokia NY #2 concert in 2010 just yesterday. I have not seen any at this concert. But it would be a good choice because it is a vibration heavy concert. Literally boneshaking where I was. I was in the front row at MSG -- near two fans who were confined to wheelchairs -- one young woman (around 25 years old) who was a massive Adam fan -- also just finished her residency as a rehabilitation doctor -- was doing a large part of the tour with a companion. She was injured in a skiing accident when she was 17 and was a quadriplegic. She chair danced and sang the entire concert and had a ball. (The fans near me at MSG were so much fun -- really makes the concert better to be near fun, happy people.) We were right next to the catwalk -- and security let her put her wheelchair up against the front rail so she could really see the whole concert. At the end of the show, one of the production guys handed he the official setlist. (I got to hold it for a moment.) I honestly do not believe I have ever met a happier fan or a nicer person. I also remain impressed that she finished med school and her residency on time! (I prob could never even have gotten in a Caribbean med school.) At the end,

I have been able to be here very rarely since I got home from LA and LV - came home to some sadness.... i have posted once, in search of a lovely new friend I made in Vegas - a great Adam fan from the UK! I have never known a fan that geographically close to me and had been so thrilled at the thought. Then I lost her details and have been so sad to think she might not find her way here. This morning I have found a PM from her. She's not too hot on posting techniques but before I have to run away again.... bristolgill love to all. XSophie! So glad to see your post & to know you made it home safely! And really happy that you & bristolgill have met. We've all made a lot of new friends thanks to Adam & this tour. Hope the "sadness" you came home to is not too devastating. When you have a chance, please PM me with details on how Mum & Dad are doing. Take care of yourself & good luck with recovery from this crazy tour! xxoo

Hi everyone, not a new member just a newish name, Loved everything about the MSG concert - it was amazing in every way! I'm not a good " recapper" but wanted to share a few quick thoughts. When he first looked over his shades at the crowd I glanced at the big "Q" and was almost shocked by how good looking he is ....and it's not as if I don't know that already! It was as if no picture to date had been able to capture him properly. Later on in the show, I had a strange feeling - I almost forgot that this was our Adam....the one so excited with his golden ticket, the one who wanted dimmer switches, who needed defending on silly Idol blogs and plugged away through a multitude of "gates", radio nonsense and ignorance.....and I was momentarily, inexplicably sad. Of course he has been replaced by this extraordinary man who sings for legends and brings arenas full of people to their feet so it's a very high class problem, but I still had that moment....Also want to apologize to the folks behind my youngest boy - at 6'6 he's a problem sitting or standing but the alternative is for him to never see a movie, play or concert which seems a bit harsh - and also to Rhiannasu whom I saw on the way out and greeted as if a long lost friend when of course we have never met....she was very gracious! Had those same feelings since this started - new man, but not. The progression and growth is just ......... And the gorgeousness, of course

Despite those grand trucks, had not fully thought through how QAL is basically the scale of a touring hit Broadway musical, just less cast, until those fascinating details, Q3. Six overhead lighting ninjas hitting the live music cues. Wow, that's show biz in action.
Combined with Brian's tweet about giving the lighting guy a raise for the great work, also realized how much big business this is. Is Brian in charge of it all? Or was he just joking because he and Roger are "in charge" of raining the money on the whole thing.
Maybe Brian and Roger are the Producer/Directors or they hire whomever is, but, really, this kind of production can't happen unless giant talents are as serious about the details required for live show excellence, and fine points of business, as they are creating world-class performances. An ability Adam may likely share.
Tonight, hope singing and cheering happen for Brian. Next Saturday is Roger's birthday, so precedence is involved.
Was going to go read Dr. May's Astrology Chart in celebration - even though symbolic psychological use of stars might not be the way to his Astro heart. (Perhaps Adam is working on that.) However, his birth time is not public. And there is no way a precise Astro Physicist like Brian does not know that. So, maybe Dr. May doesn't want his Astrological Self known. Like how Adam never discusses what exact degree of Libra he has rising. Or any fuller aspects of his chart. Maybe Brian also thinks the public doesn't need to know everything.
So just gave Brian's chart a quick glance. He is a sweet man. Full of deep emotions and caring. But didn't need his chart to know that.

I saw those guys rappelling down out of the rafters, they were dressed all in black in front of the black backdrop and scaffolding; it was pretty cool.

At .14 on the video of Brian and the hedgehog there is a bonnie wee fox running in the background! (sorry been reading Diana Gabaldon books) Yay! Another Outlander here! I'm nearing the end of MOBY ... I've started reading the series over again. 3 1/2 books since LV. Thankful it is baseball season!
