Hi, does anyone know what times the concerts usually end. I can't remember from my show but I think it is around 11?

Prominently featured on the back of today's Washington Post Style section; I'm pretty happy about this. "Hail the new king of Queen" Attachments:

I wanted to give my observations of Merriweather. While the concert was fab, and the crowd raucious, the facility sucked. I was taken to another world with the musicianship and Adam nailed WWTLF and he was practically on the ground with his intensity. Ear gasm indeed.
I ran into 3 people at my hotel who had driven in from Lynchburg, VA. One was a local broadcaster and a die-hard Queen fab. Young, mid to late 40's. They was so excited to see the concert. I did not know they had a GA tickets.
Merriweather is old, dilapidated, holes in the pavilion floating tarp roof. Fortunately, no rain, but it was extremely hot in the Pavilion. The roof is low, so GA ticket holders cannot see. Screens for them were minimal, and the sound system not great. Also the grass area is not properly banked for viewing. I saw them the next morning, and these people I met were disappointed, and told me their difficulties. they said they could have stayed home and watched a dvd on tv. There were 1000's on the grass. So the experience was totally lost on 1000's.
I am not sure why Merriweather was included, but if Queen were to appear there again, and it was their only location in the USA, I would not attend.
I also spoke to a woman as I walked in with and she said they have been trying to rebuild, but the neighbors will not approve, so it stays as is.
There was a time curfew, and with a later start-time for the light show, they ran out of time, and I dearly wanted to hear TSMGO. I am hoping it appears in Atlantic City this weekend. Otherwise I will be exceedingly disappointed again. Sorry, I know entitled. But flying there, hotels, transportation and all other stuff is quite costly, so I feel I need to be indulged.
Besides that song is Queen's theme for this tour.
Okay, vented now, so I feel better.

<nods> I'll admit I was a bit confused about the choice of Merriweather too. If you have an awesome laser show, why pick an outdoor venue with an absolute regulated (b/c of local ordinances) stop time?
Admittedly the sound is generally good at Merriweather, you can fit a lot of people, and the lawn means that tickets are generally a lot cheaper so that more can go (may be the reason for such a high proportion of kids and college-ages). Plus it can make for a relaxed and fun vibe.
Nonetheless, it was an odd decision for a Queen show. Which is why I made *sure* to get seats in the Pavilion!!

Hi, does anyone know what times the concerts usually end. I can't remember from my show but I think it is around 11? I can't remember from my show (Dallas) either, lol. From live stream, though, 11 PM Eastern is about right. More like 10:45 PM EST.

Queen and Adam Lambert Create Magic
July 22, 2014 1:58 AM Lisa Gold, 96.5 TIC/CBS Radio Hartford You would think for someone like me, who is absolutely enamored with Adam Lambert, that writing up this post would be a piece of cake. But short of filling it with frivolous key-smash (i.e. excitedly flailing across the laptop’s keyboard resulting in red underlined “words” like askfhsklghqpihp) or the ubiquitous “OMG!!,” I began writing only to discover I was at a loss for words. I’m just overwhelmed with so many feelings! But if I had to sum up the Queen and Adam Lambert show in one word? I’d simply say… MAGICAL! I attended two shows on this summer’s North American tour: Madison Square Garden and Mohegan Sun Arena. Both shows were fantastic; each holding a different, unique energy. As did many children of the 80′s, I chanted “We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions” and “Another One Bites the Dust” at sporting events. I head-banged with Wayne and Garth to “Bohemian Rhapsody.” I even sobbed at the series finale of Will & Grace to “You’re My Best Friend.” Their music transcends decades and generations. A child of the 80′s himself, Grammy-nominated artist Adam Lambert is undeniably the perfect fit to introduce their music to younger fans while sharing his stellar voice with lifelong Queen die-hards.
