I have included this link in the Detroit recap and her Chicago photos have a link in that recap as well. And speaking of recaps  I think I have finished with Chicago, San Jose, LA, Detroit, and Philly recaps if you are bored today, take a look. Hi, does anyone know what times the concerts usually end. I can't remember from my show but I think it is around 11? I can't remember from my show (Dallas) either, lol. From live stream, though, 11 PM Eastern is about right. More like 10:45 PM EST. Thanks, I'm trying to figure out my train situation and I think if I leave by 11, I'll be fine. |

One thing I really remember about Detroit is that Adam's eyebrows were really "done". They looked really sculpted and dark. I was surprised by that. The things we notice, right?

I saw Queen + Adam Lambert Sunday night at DC. Why didn't somebody think of this ages ago? Lambert is a natural for Queen. He doesn't imitate the late, lamented Freddie Mercury, but he certainly channels him. Amazing voice. It SOARS. It's good Queen is doing this. There aren't any new rock stars, only old ones. But Lambert latches onto Queen's legacy with terrific aplomb. People just want to hear the songs. The "American Idol" product sings them very well. The two Queen originals, guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor, get a well-deserved shot of glory and appreciation at every performance. As I watched Queen, I couldn't help but think: Jimmy Page deserves this. Page should round up John Paul Jones, Jason Bonham and Alter Bridge vocalist Myles Kennedy, then hit the road. Nobody can tell Robert Plant he has to be in Led Zeppelin. But nobody should be able to tell Page he can't.
