this has probably already been posted although it's fairly new. I've put it in the San Jose Recap Queen + Adam Lambert Live In San Jose 1st July 2014 Full Multi-Camera HD youtu.be/uJNm2ATRuY0

Cassie.....Needacoke and I were discussing this morning via email exactly what you expressed, and we agree with you.
I've been trying to organize vids and DLs etc for "my" shows to perhaps make me keepsake DVDs. And "my" shows were very special to me...because I was there. But, as of right now, I think these AC TALC vids would make the perfect keepsake DVD and one to distribute to friends, etc. Altho....maybe I should wait and see how Toronto turns out. LOL TALC will be there too!

Glad to see they changed up the set finally, even if just a bit. (Talking an addition not a subtraction...although losing Love Kills wouldn't be what I would have done ) As we wind down this leg, I'm interested to see if there are changes coming for the festivals and then downunder. Possible Adds (in my mind) Dragon Attack (more ongoing?) The Show Must Go On (this will return at some point, I'm certain) I Was Born To Love You (soundcheck doesn't necessarily mean an add but it does make it more likely given it's history in Japan) Teo Toriatte (Although just to warn Adam fans - I wouldn't be surprised if it's done as it was with QPR with Brian and Roger singing the first part and then Adam coming in for the high bridge section and finishing out)I Want To Break Free (bigger hit outside of America) A Kind of Magic (bigger hit outside of America) Don't Stop Me Now (if they can work out how they want to do it - that seemed to be the problem when they were doing it - do it full, do it shortened, do it before Crazy, before Ga Ga?) Not sure what would be replaced but just random thoughts thrown out there. Hi Talon. Mostly what I know about Queen and their music has happened since I became an Adam fan. I didn't even know the name Freddie Mercury. So I bow to your Queen knowledge. Since you mentioned Teo Toriatte, I thought I should listen to it. (Unfortunately, I didn't have time for all the schooling you and Q3 gave us before the tour--just selected listens.) I can't see a YouTube of Paul singing it with them. You got me curious as to why he wouldn't sing the opening. So I listened to some more QPR performances since I'm not familiar with Paul's singing at all. My impression is that he does not have the high range of Freddie and Adam, and when he does sing high, it's with great strain and force (what I call shout-singing). The veins are popping out of his neck and it all makes my vocal chords hurt in sympathy. I don't know if he can sing gently in that range, but his high singing I heard wouldn't work well for the opening of Teo. Of course Adam could do that beautifully. I'd like to hear it. I detected that QPR changed who sang what a number of times to accommodate his lack of high range. (I'm not slamming him, just seems he has a lower voice.) That's another beautiful Brian-composed song, yes?

Yes but now I have been banned. Does anyone know how long that lasts? I heard the time out is for 5 minutes.

Thanks Holst. Cassie - I agree as well. Queen is the perfect forum for Adam to display all of his many talents. Back to voting and the vids! ILHSM

That's another beautiful Brian-composed song, yes? Paul does not have a very high range. His voice is more bluesy rock and is not a very gentle singer. He has a great voice for what he does though. I agree that Adam could do it beautifully. I don't think Paul's vocals necessitated a switch-around per se. It *COULD* be. It may just be a personal thing. It is a beautiful Brian-composed song written as a love note to the Japanese fans. I could see Brian taking it as a very personal love note from Queen to Queen fans. Almost as a extra special "Love Of My Life" for Japan...if that makes sense. ESPECIALLY depending on where they would put it in the concert. I'm certainly not saying that Adam definitely WOULDN'T sing it....and they are changing things up if they do a full I Was Born To Love You (In '05 Brian came out with Rog and an acoustic and they traded verses). Just that it would fit into the established set best as a part of the acoustic section or beginning the encore - both positions that would fit well with Brian singing the first 2 verses (with Bri & Rog on choruses) and then having Adam come in for the bridge and ending.

Yes it really was! A great love note after they were received similarly to the Beatles during their first Japanese tour...
