Shows 13 performers (not Adam) plus comments, but interesting. Auto-Tuneless: Remember That Time Your Favorite Pop Star Actually Sang?If you didn’t know that most pop performers’ vocals are technologically modified on their albums and during their performances, then congratulations on keeping your music innocence intact this long. It seems these days that the art of pure singing has transformed into over-the-top costumes and the smoke and mirrors. Having talent doesn’t always mean vocally. Just ask Britney Spears…sometimes. Not everybody can simultaneously dance and sing like the Queen Bey, and blow us away by being ***Flawless while doing so. But the problem is, we’re so used to hearing artists like Selena Gomez, Kesha and Lil Wayne in their auto-tuned tracks, that we probably wouldn’t even know it was them if we heard what their raw voices sounded like. Lucky for you, we’ve tracked down rare occurrences these pop stars sang with no help from a computer and ranked the vocals from amazing to borderline excruciating. Some will shock you, some will confuse you and some will really make you wonder what the hell you’ve been listening to all these years. Prepare to be amazed. www.vh1.com/music/tuner/2014-08-05/pop-stars-who-didnt-lipsync/ Is this guy trying to say that "Queen Bey" never lipsync's??? Did anyone see that video someone took when Beyonce got her hair caught in one of those huge fans she has at the front of her stage? Does it make sense that she would not at least say something in this position if she were not 'stuck' forced to simply continue? I find it hard to believe but .... anybody know?

mszue, I don't know if she was lip syncing in the video you posted, but I will always remember when she was accused of lip syncing at the President's second inauguration (don't know if she was lip syncing then or not either). But in what I thought was one of the classiest ways I ever saw, she addressed it this like this:
(oops, just click on the white arrow, then on the white print in the next screen, and you will go to the youtube site video)
I think I am not as offended by lip syncing, when used occasionally, if the singer can actually SING. Don't know anything about the business, maybe there are times when lip syncing is used with good purpose.
But if the singer CAN really sing, and and uses lip syncing sometimes, I don't feel as manipulated. Or sort of like a chump. It's the singers who sound like ass when caught without backup or auto tune or any of the the magic tricks that make me feel deceived. Another thing I love about Adam. I don't know if he ever uses or has used lip syncing, but he never HAS to. He is the real deal. Oh wait, didn't someone say that the AI people were making the contestants lip sync for group songs and Adam spearheaded an approach to TPTB to let them sing live? That's our boy.

I just found out that our German radio-station R.SH has a voting for the "best summer hit 2014" and "Lay me down" is listed! I don't know if you can vote from a foreign country but maybe you could try?! ??? You simply have to vote for Avicii - LMD, then scroll down and click on "Abstimmen", that's all! It seems that you can vote once a day! Thanks in advance! P.S.: This station has LMD in their playlist, they play it every day, the moderators often also mention Adams name when they play LMD and some of them already raved about Adams incredible voice! www.rsh.de/2204340/Musik_Nachrichten/5384890/voting_der_sommerhit_2014.html

I'm playing catch up. Just got back from a trip to Amsterdam (I was there just in time to see to the Pride Parade! ), so today was the first time I saw the video where Adam puts the underwear in his pocket "for later"... Whenever I have enough time, I watch the full-shows videos. It made me think, and maybe you all talked about it and I missed it - if Queen has footage of all the shows, which one show do we think they would chose to make a DVD? Which was the best show? Maybe the best one is yet to come, but for now, out of the North American concerts, which one would be best to use?

It brings up the current vote totals after I voted. Auf Uns by Andreas Bourani is currently in the lead. Liked it because didn't have to type in the letters to vote on this one.

Aww, thanks for the info and for your help, scotia! (Yes, unfortunately German songs are very popular in the last years again here in Germany and they are pushed and played all the time by German radio and on TV and all the younger people love all those songs and artists , no matter how boring or bad they are!!! (Although, to be fair ... "Auf uns" isn't too bad ...! LOL!)
