Rufus is fun to watch. Lots of energy. He looks like an octopus back there on Tie Your Mother Down.
ETA: Also, the singalong after TYMD for Mohegan I was very special. Brian joined in the improv and he and Adam traded licks at the end. If you haven't seen this one, take a few minutes.

I think another factor is that for people like me without the technical expertise to truly appreciate how amazing his vocal skills are it appears, as Slash said, so effortless that I think it negates the amazing-ness. Sort of a it looks easy, so it must not be hard meme.
Funny way to look at it, I know. But even as I learn more and more about the raw talent, hard work and training required to do what he does, I sometimes have to remind myself that he is one in a billion. That not every singer can do what he does, that even though he can do tremendously difficult and versatile things with that voice, and do it without problem, show after show, that there are very few singers who can do that. He is a rarity.
Plus, for me, there is the Moves Me factor that transcends all. I can think of only a handful of singers who so easily reach down inside. And that, I don't think, can be taught. I think for Adam is is part and parcel of his total commitment to entertainment, to the audience, to the integrity and meaning of a song, of the words. His feeling it makes me feel it. That to me is his genius. His interpretation, supported by all the other more tangible things.
And his confidence. I fully believe that he knows that he can do this to me with his voice. He's got this, and I love that.
And weighing in on the cultural representation issue (not without trepidation), I have no idea of the cultural or racial background of anyone here on the board, so not addressing anyone specifically. My basic reaction is that anything that supports the universal inclusion of all people should be the gold standard. We are all the same on so many levels.
However I, as a white older female caucasian, am hesitant to voice an opinion on how any other group should react to what they might see as an approbation or as a disrespectful representation of their culture. I don't have the experience or the background to know how it feels to them.
Last words on this, and truly not trying to sound judgmental or as telling anyone else what to think. My opinion only.

I just wanted to say HI. Re: Escaping into AL-related stuff vs. real life RL sucks. I was on vacation and got back two days ago only to discover my Internet modem was fried. Apparently, a lightning struck my street while I was away! An actual frigging lightning!!! So, I got a new modem today, yaay, and of course, one of the first things on my to-do list was to catch up on all things Adam. I think I can officially join the obsessed-by-AL club now, since AL is a part of my everyday life, and when he's not - it's due to force majeure!

And chapf - you know I love all your wonderful little creations, but Freddie-Mercury-black-cat is just too cute!

My comments to jablea's list of details. Mostly what I would like to add according to my initial notes (all of those are not necessary depending on the point of view you decide to take).
After getting stuck to checking what Brian said in Chicago and other things I'll just try to comment a point that needs checking in subsequent concerts. And FYI, later on the tour I had less time for early notes, so it'll get easier and there'll be less text too. I'd wish the detailed list was grouped according to songs and maybe a general wardrobe section.
CHICAGO
Brian doesn't say anything about Adam after UP. I checked UP and LK by fiercealien, TALC and Rebecca Heger along with Marknow multicam. I was thinking that maybe the 'our Adam' was at the iHeart concert but the video is taken down and I don't remember who streamed if she might have a recording of it.
However, I didn't give up and found that when starting LOML he asks 'what do you think of our Adam, he's alright?' (good... in the presence of a great singer I don't really wanna sing but...) (TALC)
WWTLF 'place'. KQ Adam alone on the couch. IWIA Takes fringe sleeves off. AOBTD includes call'n'response. Q comes down during ILOG but is not tilted during WWRY. BoRhap drum platform rises, but Q content is not all there (TALC), ie no Adam and during (2nd?) 'nothing really matters' no Freddie (returns for 'anyway the wind blows').
Mykita sunglasses (round). Golden shoes with leopard suit (later a couple of times they'll be black - and no gloves, appear in LA I think >> no gloves with fringes either, black gloves at the beginning). GSTQ Adam takes the crown off and hold Red Special when Brian places the crown back on his head, leads to Adam pushing the crown askew and posing with a look over his right shoulder. (Also in view of later concerts, no vest.)
>'B broke a string' needs the song. (not IWIA, FBG, SCC, AOBTD, NIH that I could see in the one video I watched for each)
WINNIPEG
Sama Eyewear sunglasses (more rectangle-shaped).
Brian: "What do you think of the new boy?" (after UP)
WWTLF Brian and Adam stare, high-five and half-hug at the end. Singing 'space'.
KQ about the champagne bottle: "Next time can someone open that shit?"
BoRhap Drum platform rises but still some small problems with Q content.
> 'Let's meet my band' needs the song.
> Q did come down in ILOG in Chicago already (I checked)... During WWRY not tilted in Chicago and not in Winnipeg (I checked).
> No Brian crowning Adam (I checked /adamfan4ever339)
This took me three hours... there's no way I can do more today (you know how it goes, I got stuck listening...). So I suggest that we'll try to get the list for these two in good shape first wishing that someone could check those 'broke string' and 'meet my band' things.
To be continued.
ETA I forgot
AOBTD includes a short attempt for call'n'response in Winnipeg.
