Regarding Oversize T-shirts. Many years ago I had an "ah ha moment" watching Oprah (did she invent that phrase?). She was wearing a T-shirt that the audience (or some group) was also wearing. But hers fit well and everyone else's looked like the unisex baggy stuff. Duh--I have a sewing machine and could take in the side seams in a curvy way. Try it! It's pretty easy even if you have minimal skills. Get out those pins and don't cut away the extra fabric until you are happy with the fit. "All you fat a** b******, get out those sewing machines and . . . SEW!" I don't know if that has the same connotation in English, but in Dutch 'Naaien' (which is our word for sewing) is also a very well known and quite crude synonym for having sex. It think that is the perfect excuse to link to this again:

My sewing skills are so pathetic that I...um...give anything that's lost a button to my MIL to fix. I think the most recent thing I attached a seam to was the strap to my kid's totebag. Fortunately, the stitches were on the inside so no one would accuse a 4-year old of doing the job! #yesI'mlame #IswearI'mgoodatotherstuff Yep... I've lived my entire life without sewing a stitch. I can sew on a button but that's it. I used to glue on my daughter's Girl Scout badges and use iron on knee patches for my son's jeans. I'm useless. :(

Having Discworld flashbacks to the Seamstresses' Guild!

Why are these newest photos of Adam so stunning? He looks so fresh-faced. So pretty. Is it the softer hair color? Less height in the hairstyle? I don't get it. He is looking so natural, so young, so pure. YES!

That young Roger Taylor is such a CUTIE. Both Roger & Brian have aged really well but as young guys all the Queen members were really hot boys. Just saying. Young Brian appeals to me way more than young Roger!
Me too! though I love Roger, but young Brian appeals to me more.

I threw it away on the way home from school that day. I hate sewing more than just about anything! But I'm proud to say that I HAVE sewn on a few buttons in my time. My daughter on the other hand made many of her own clothes so she can take in the seams of HER Tee if she wants to. 8D Adam looks so gorgeous in the latest pics from last night. I'm not in love with the hair style (tho I love the color) but it's flattering to him - what isn't? It's just that the style is so ordinary. Something he's NOT!
