There were complaints from people at the concert that the ushers would not let people stand or dance in the tiered seating, so that may be the reason you didn't see people standing elsewhere. It may likely have to do with it being a full capacity crowd and having that many people up and blocking aisles could be a safety issue. The other thought is just general safety. I know at the Dallas show at American Airlines Center the upper decks are so steep that a stumble and tumble could be disastrous. Not where I was - lower tier but was dancing my ass off at every opportunity along with a few others. Not an usher in sight. Maybe the higher up tiers have a no standing rule. I know quite a few venues do have that for safety reasons. |

Short version for those time constrained... We came. We danced. We sang. We stood with our mouths open. We found common ground. We cheered. We were adamazed and queenified. The end.... Based on tweets she wasn’t alone. Great recap Bridgeymah, so happy for you! It is an amazing show even when there are a few trials. BTW - if you feel the need to fill in the it's too long I'm gonna stop gaps please feel do, you are a fun read. |

Thanks, Bridgey. Not too long at all. I'm glad that WWTLF was goose-bump inducing for you. Glad you won over the QB's. I was lucky enough to go to six shows in US and Toronto, and many bearded biker types looked as if they had consumed a few beers and bratwursts in their time. However, as a FBG, I have no room to talk--just saying that the US crowds and Aussie Crowds had that in common!
