I'm with mys*&@^#r.....onward and upward !!! No sadness or mourning from me. Everything is beautiful !!! This has been a glorious, fabulous surprise summer of QAL fun. The gift Adam gave Brian and Roger is priceless and all the glorious positives Adam received from this experience are invaluable. I sure as heck didn't see all this coming a year ago. Isn't it fun to be so pleasantly surprised? This journey with Adam is gonna be a long road loaded with twists and turns and littered with one "I never saw that coming" after another. I love it! ITA -- except for one thing. This tour seemed like it was something that should happen from the moment they did WATC on Idol. And the way it evolved has been perfect -- 5 years in the making. First, 2009 the a typical Queen + ____ performance on Idol. But this one felt different and then the rumors of a tour started. Then, the 2011 EMA -- a few songs. Then 2012 mini-tour -- 6 concerts, not set or big production. Then 2013 iHR Music festival -- rave reviews, and the tour planning starts. Queen signs new mega label deal with UMG. Finally, the glorious 2014 Tour. Queen starts wave of new releases with Live at the Rainbow '74. I expect that we will see Q+AL reunite in 2015. They have Queen Forever in the works to promote. And I bet that once Live at the Rainbow '74 and A3 are both released we get a Q + AL Tour DVD.  So while this tour is over, I do not believe Q+AL is over. But the next chapter for Adam fans is HOPEFULLY a brilliant AL solo album -- which I expect is titled "Shrouded in Secrecy!" |
