Q3!
Your idea of a bonus track is awesome! And this "Ride the Wild Wind" sounds great (I have not listened to it before). For me, this track reminded me of "Runnin" - which I love very much, so I have easy to support your idea to the fullest!
Good idea, but I really don't care for this song at all.. sorry

sarahtyrie972 hours ago If you ever get the chance go see Queen + @adamlambert live! I saw them at @pertharena on Friday and it's so worth it!!! Adam Lambert does Freddie justice in both vocals and performance as he tries not to be Freddie but himself! Brian May and Roger Taylor are amazing!! The footage of Freddie was during the perfect times!! This photo was taken in 'Who Wants To Live Forever', it had to be one of my favourite parts during the show with the lights shining all over the arena with Adam's vocals being so beautiful!! If I could I'd go see them once more!! Queen is still going strong in Freddie's memory!! It was the perfect night in my opinion!!! <3 #queen #adamlambert #pertharena #queenadamlambert #whowantstoliveforever #brianmay #rogertaylor #freddiemercury #perth #perfect #amazing #wewillrockyou #australia #aus #concert #shining #music #band #live instagram.com/p/sE3EerGkXO/

A few points catching up from yesterday and I don't really remember who said what BUT...
- Adam on Queen Forever - God I hope not. No offense meant at all, but I *REALLY* think they should keep things separate. If Adam wants Queen backing on A3, fine...if they want to make a new single, EP, album or whatever as Queen + Adam Lambert then fine but Queen Forever is not the place for that. Queen is F/B/R/J. Queen Forever should be F/B/R/J (and if they have the Freddie/Michael Jackson duets on it - I'm..okay with that). I view Q+AL as a separate entity entirely.
- Reviews about CLTLC and Adam's playfulness vs. Freddie's playfulness...Nonsense. Adam is definitely playing around during the song. Freddie definitely did though too...Many times Freddie would join Spike on piano, just as Adam did....or Freddie would air guitar his acoustic while Brian rocked out the jam portion. I just don't see any issues there with Adam and that seems like a bit of a invented criticism. The only thing I can think of is that Adam and Freddie have very different...kinds of charisma if that makes sense and I can understand someone liking one style better or thinking one style works better for different songs...*shrug*
- Q3's notion of Adam covering a Queen track for A3 (perhaps with help from B&R). I like the idea. I also agree that he should do a lesser known track that he could put a stamp on. I also kind of prefer the idea of him covering a Rog or Bri track. Love Kills and I Was Born To Love You would be bad choices if only because they firstly were Freddie solo songs. There's enough...question marks about B&R using them to be honest. Ride The Wild Wind would be a great choice!
Here's a demo that Rog did that was later released as a bonus track:
BUT I think I may have a better choice.
I Can't Live With You from 1991's Innuendo. The below video though is from Queen Rocks where B&R did a Rocks retake. During Innuendo, Brian could never match up Rog's live drums with what he wanted so pressed for time they went with his programmed drums. With a bit more time and newer tech, he got it lined up much better and far closer to what he wanted. I think Adam could do very well with this track (and it could be very IWBTLY in a different way)
A final choice which could be appropros to today's world would be to cover one of Roger's solo tracks...from 1994's Happiness: Foreign Sand
Just some food for thought :D

I would prefer a brand new song with Adam as one of the composers and Dr. Brian on guitar... IMHO,Performing live in the future always a great idea, but I would love Adam's new album to be Adams without Queen songs. He is a star, after all, in his own right.RIGHT???
