Nile Rodgers and Max Martin have both worked with many, many artists. But have their paths crossed very much? Have they worked together on any projects? If so, whose? Just curious...
And is it likely one or the other will be the producer of Adam's record, or will it be someone from the new record co.?

tinafea...you did it to me girl! down the rabbit hole. NIKKI
FABULOUS is right!!!The first page with all the vids in order....what an awesome way to start off the thread for review. Because I have RL things today...I only played a few of my fav vids, and then jumped to the last page in the thread. Sometime you wonder what has been added since last viewing it. I re read your awesome...AWESOME... recap and played the "All Your Love" video. Just warms my soul, that for the cameras it will showcase the ease of his banter (sometimes is not always bang on ---which is also part of the charm/Adam's charm)... but in this case the flow was terrific. Thanks for highlighting that video as a special moment, as I may not have reviewed it again. It is pure and natural. All you folk that have been managing and creating these archives....and contributing to the comments... ...well a big HUG! AND

I'm in the process of picking the "best of" QAL to burn for DVDs for my brother, a Queen purist, in my vain effort to convince him of Adam's wonderfulness, and I will ship them to him in the next couple of weeks. I will check these out as part of my research.

Many times good videos are posted well after the fact. I also try and look at the number of views a video has to see how popular it is. It really is wonderful to have someone helping who actually WENT to the show. Hopefully we will get some Melbourne and Auckland volunteers. Would love help with the finale in particular

Nikki.....Fantastic recap of your Sydney shows!!!!
Like Stampsgal, ( I think we are the same person..lol) I forget to go back and check updates on the various concerts and I too appreciate all the vids lined up in order on the first page of that thread! Since this one will hopefully be on a DVD, I like to try and imagine how it'll all be edited, whether some from nite 2 will be used as well, etc. I'm gonna have fun watching both Sydney shows straight thru and visualizing the awesome DVD. And I know it'll be so much better than I can even imagine.

There is a bit of background about the song Killer Queen on this video from about minute 5:00 to 7:00. That's a horrid "documentary" and IMO Eric Hall is claiming something no one can substantiate. He says one thing, Freddie said other things. Sometimes songs mean something, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they are part truth, sometimes based on truth, sometimes pure fabrication, and other times start off one way then go off the rails as they are developed. No one knows. There have been lengthy discussion about this on Queen boards for decades and they haven't come to any sort of consensus, so I doubt we will do it here either Yes, that Eric guy seemed to be indulging in sleazy self-aggrandizement. I was mainly just curious what others thought. I should have made that clear in my post, but it was late and I was tired... I totally agree that songs can be about particular things, situations, or meanings, or nothing at all. They can be created in a variety of ways and for a variety of reasons. One of my sons is a musician in an indie band which has put out 5 albums, and I still don't know the meanings they had in mind for many of their songs, even some of my favorite songs. LOL Sometimes songs with unclear meanings are the best. They encourage personal interpretations which give one a personal connection to them. peace&love

OT, but Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka got married over the weekend. And guess what, homophobes--the world is still spinning and the sky didn't fall and all of your marriages are still intact (except the ones that wouldn't be anyway). Wait - I thought they got married EONS ago, back before Prop 8! This just happened now??
