I am asking for a little help from adamtopia! I thought it would be a super slow day; and now we have Idol news! Still, I hope someone out there can tell me (and my DH) how to upload and SAVE forever some youtube videos. I think there is an application/program of some sort that needs to be downloaded first. I have an apple computer and usually use Safari . . . if this helps. I very much want to save the videos of the IZOD concert . . . specifically, CLTCL with the 20 seconds that will be a forever moment for me. If my twirl were to disappear I would fade away right along with it . . . so I'm hoping one of the computer/video/gif/download gurus here will be able to steer me in the right direction. Thanks, in advance! Also, I still have several VIP goodie packages hiding behind a sofa. Would anyone who doesn't already have one like a package as a memento? Just PM me . . . Hi Mom--I believe you are wanting to download YouTubes FROM the internet and are not trying to upload something TO YouTube. If that is correct try this one: www.ytddownloader.com/mac/I've downloaded a bunch of stuff on my Mac. The free version of this software works great for my purposes. Good Luck! Do you know if this software tries to install any junk-ware in addition to the YT Downloader? I am using this same app and have not had any trouble - but I am using the upgraded version ($3.99) |

Obviously, they occasionally want me to upgrade to a "pro" level for $$. I can cue up a number of videos at a time and leave to do something else. I've been satisfied with it. |

Anybody know where the auditions are or how we can find out? I know they are not open to the public but I happen to be in NY this weekend and wouldn't mind doing a little standing around.
