ADAM is filling in.. I find this very caring...The timing is good too ,because Idol will be shown next year.. IMHO great for album 3 PR. Queen and Adam concerts have been amazing, many new fans for Adam...Adam is doing a great job with his career and I happen to think that Shoshanna is wonderful. Hopefully when Adam's team agreed to have him step in for Keith they negotiated an appearance this season when his new music is out.

Glitter, I'm entitled (yes entitled) to my opinion. I agreed with you that its petty for fans to correct little press details. I think Shosh can be rude and sarcastic and she is no more entitled to that attitude then anyone else. Artistsuppprter may really love Adam but ask the Cherries what she's done for them? I think Scarlett and Lee really appreciate her. A lot of fans that couldn't afford albums she gifted, helping the fandom and very directly Adam. A lot of artists promote their tours on Kimmel, Fallon ,Letterman, etc. All the time. My point exactly is that it's sad to see Gaga walk on stage and the media blows up for her, not the legends that are Queen

This IMO will never end because when you have a fandom you have 1% people in it who are crazy bordering sometimes on dangerous - they always will be the topic of discussion and cause to worry for the rest 99%, because they are loud and seems to be everywhere. In every fandom things are the same, and Glamberts are not different or exceptional. This is my first and only time as a serious fan so you are no doubt right. I is just that I have almost never seen the kind of activity that gets all this nattering...I always hear about it second hand and always from people putting down others. Perhaps it is just me but it is what makes me cringe .... much more than the original 'cray' behaviour. Nuts are nuts...and we know how Adam feels about nuts lol.... I'm pretty sure that this is not kind of nuts he had on mind LOL This is one of many fandoms I know, and I'm not always a fan but I like to observe fandoms behaviour and by now I know that you can't eliminate cray fans from fandom and you also can't eliminate the fans who will worry about them. There always will be IMO subcutaneous and unconscious feeling in any fandom that cray fan can hurt artist or fandom in some really bad way if someone don't do something about it. But what you can really do as a fan? Nothing.

From what I have read she has been very down.. Adam and Queen going to her concert, led her to tears.. Adam was also getting press coverage with GAGA...Thankful for all that Adam receives from the press.

This is just my opinion but I think it's lousy that Adam is getting more press as a fill in on Idol than the entire Queen tour with legends. I thought the press coverage (not reviews) was terrible in the US and UK for the Queen tour. I think it's annoying and petty to call out little mistakes but I think Shosh can be rude. Artistsupporter has done So So much financially to support artists including Adam, his friend Scarlet. She didn't need Shosh to be rude. If Shosh is doing such a great job promoting Adam, I sure don't see it, he media coverage is terrible compared to other artists. Shosh can explain her point to Adam fans without being rude or berating them. The Queen tour got about the same amount of media coverage as any other tour happening over the summer. There is promo leading up to the tour and then reviews when the tour is in progress. What other media coverage would there be? Shosh isn't being rude, she is being honest. The "mommy fans" in this fandom are incredibly irritating and need to STFU IMO. Adam doesn't need a bunch of defenders going onto every media outlet that writes about Adam and correcting them on things that in the grand scheme of things don't matter. It seems that some fans ONLY focus on the negative and that is all they comment on. And telling a journalist they suck at their job, in the name of being an Adam fan, does him NO FAVORS. These people aren't required to write positive stories about Adam, they aren't required to write about him at all and with the fans always bitching and moaning when they do, they could easily turn on him. As for ArtistSupporter, she should get ZERO extra consideration by shosh or anyone else. She is just a fan who has tried to use her money to get closer to Adam. The media coverage for Adam is pretty impressive considering he hasn't had a big hit on radio in almost four years. He still gets a pretty good amount of attention from the media and it's almost all positive. Exactly! Tour announcement on the highest rated morning show in the US, followed by every entertainment site covering the story! Several articles before and during the tour in both Rolling Stone and Billboard, the Top music publications! Then over 100 reviews, in North America alone, 95 of which were glowing!

Has anybody ever considered that the "good" fans constant haranguing and putting down of the "bad" or "cray" fans draws at least as much negative attention as the original fan activity? It looks petty and mean-spirited when fans eat their own. I agree. Whenever I start to worry about how crazy fans will affect Adam's career, I remind myself that crazy fans haven't affected One Direction's career, or Lady Gaga's career, or Justin Beiber's career (it's Justin himself who seems determined to sabotage that endeavor). Crazy fans are much more visible these days because of the Internet and social media, but I'm sure Frank Sinatra had his share of wackadoodles back in the day. Adam's situation isn't unique and won't impact him as long as he continues to be the talented and personable guy we all know and love!

Lets not talk about specific fans by name publicly please. If you would like to do that with another member there is the PM function for that. Other than that, carry on with the discussion if you wish.
