This is completely OT -- doesn't it piss you off when the soap dispenser thingie on the dishwasher doesn't open up and dispense the friggin' soap! I bet the soap dispenser in Adam's dishwasher works every time. you have a dishwasher?????? lucky you!  </img> |

I like the jeans, but it looks like he has torn a real hole in that right knee. No fall down! I am not a real jeans person but I gotta say, he is totally hot in that black jacket and those jeans....whew....enough to bring on a flash!! lol Ok I loved the royal blue suit the 1st day.. It was bright and youthful BUT I think the Brown suit is so old buddy duddy looking not hip…He is a pop/rock star not a wall street business man. The jeans outfit w/blazer is much more youth and hip looking.
I wish he gave a little hint of the release of his new single…waiting…..

Adam in suits is "working" his brand. He's established that he is edgy, articulate, polite, and his own type of gay. Now he's working the "I can still be all that" but working a new look into his brand. He is so happy and loves to surprise people--this time with a "new" public image. This is his homage to the "That's Adam Lambert?" meme. Simply put, I think it's part of his new label strategy and a way to get more tv, movie roles, and possible endorsements. He's in it for the variety of projects and the longevity. YMMV. JMO But I don't think that Working = Suits is new for Adam. After the wearing the Slow Ride pants to one "working" engagement I think he's seldom been in less than a suit. I see Adam's wardrobe in three closets. Work, Play, Entertain. There is sometimes a mix and match but then he can say Interview or red carpet that's Work, maybe a photo or two but with drinks served sometime that's Play, and then there's costumes. |

Credit: Neal Preston Adam Lambert sat in as a judge for American Idol auditions in New York City on Wednesday, filling in for Keith Urban, who had to return to Australia when his father-in-law died suddenly. Whether or not Adam would like to make his affiliation with the show more permanent remains to be seen. TVLine.com notes that last year's official "mentor," Randy Jackson, has yet to be announced as returning for the show's next season. So, would Adam himself want that job, since he did a good job as a guest "boot camp" mentor last year? The answer is -- maybe. The season eight runner-up tells TV Line, "I don't know...I have a lot going on. I’m working on an album. We might go back out on the road with Queen -- so, I don’t know yet. There’s a lot happening. Time is the issue." Even so, Adam says he likes the idea in theory. "I feel like [mentoring and guest judging] is a way to give back," he explains. "I know it sounds corny, but I want to help the contestants with the light bulb that could go off.” The 14th season of American Idol begins in January.

The 32-year-old thanked Brian May and Roger Taylor for giving him the opportunity to front the Queen and Adam Lambert Tour, which was both a commercial and critical success. In his Twitter, he wrote: "Thank you to my fellow band members @drbrianmay @officialrmt @spikessasband @ruttaylor1 and Neil F. for making the past few months a JOY." Then he announced that he's going back to the studio to make his third album: "I'm thrilled to get back home and complete my upcoming third solo album. #3rdtimesaCharm." "Reports this summer suggested that Adam's new LP could be delayed until early 2015 to accommodate his new Queen collaboration," according to Click Music, which added that the album still hasn't a confirmed release date. While the Queen and Adam Lambert Tour 2014 is on a break, the singer has found another gig as he's stepping in for Keith Urban as the "American Idol" judge, said The Hollywood Reporter. He will be one of the mentors for up-and-coming singers during the New York leg of the auditions, along with Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr. Keith Urban dropped his commitments for the meantime so he could be with his grieving wife, Nicole Kidman, following the death of her father. This is not Adam Lambert's first time on the saddle as he once mentored contestants along with Chris Daughtry in season 13. The producers made the news official when they wrote on Twitter: "Adam Lambert will be serving as guest judge at the NY auditions. Our thoughts are with Keith and his family during this difficult time." |

If they decide it's 'Love Kills' I'm hoping that Adam will help promote it with Brian and Roger by singing it on British TV. I don't think Brian and Roger have ever been on Graham Norton so that would be good to see. Singing it will give Adam recognition as the new Queen frontman and set up interest in the UK and European tour next year. A quick trip to the UK to sing 'Love Kills' shouldn't delay Adam's album IMO. November 10 is the release date so it should do well with Christmas sales. |
