Congrats to everyone who is getting their tickets this morning. Had a heart to heart with myself yesterday and as much as I want to go January / February is just the worst time possible for me at work.

Quick question, is it worth joining an official fan club to get the pre-sale or can you get just as good tickets at the same price by waiting till they go on general release. Most people won't risk it, but if you can stand the wait, some of the best tickets are released in the last days before the concert. Some are released the day of the concert.

Well.... f*ck me. Just called my husband and suddenly he wants to go to London to see Queen. And so NOW I have ticket stress. Don't see us lining up outside for standing tickets. But every ticket I get on ticketmaster that I could afford is somewhere pretty far from the stage. And there probably are better tickets available for that price (anything non-VIP), but I can't see that because there is no buy on map option. Aarrrgh. And I have to work too, next meeting in 2 minutes. Waahhhh. (And yes, I know, these are luxury problems, so for those that can't go at all: HUG) [insert 'panicking and running around frantically' smiley] For those still trying to figure out which are good seats at the O2: www.mapaplan.com/seating-plan/the-o2-arena-london/high-resolution/01-the-o2-arena-london-seating-plan-marked-up-photo-high-resolution.htm

Hi, Question for those who bought tickets to London O2. Is there any possibility to select seats/sectors where you want to be seated or they only get generated automatically? As far as i can understand you can select Level 1 or 4 or standing and after the seats are assigned automatically. I want to sit at the side of the stage as close to stage as possible but the generated seats are located in front of the stage - pretty far from the musicians. I could not select the seats, they were assigned automatically. Only thing I could select was level. I took level 1.
