I tried the link from the Queen fan club email I received (I was able to pull up tickets last night for London using that-just to see if it worked, I'm not going). I just tried the link they gave for the German tickets, but got only a response saying tickets would be on sale soon. Strange. It's not a password, but a link that they give. Perhaps you can call the venue to ask?
