I would be happy to send you our coat selection and our snow!! LOL! I miss the coat selection in Ohio. I live winter clothes; just don't like winter weather, but wearing layers is another reason to look forward to this trip, among the many others I have already considered. Really? Have you tried Macys? They are full of winter coats that are ridiculous for our climate and they are in stores now!

They had a fair amount for this part of the country but I'm going to keep looking.

A couple of my favorite go-to places for coats -- Land's End & L.L. Bean. Both online and have a great selection of well-made and waterproof!! (trust me, waterproof will be your friend) coats and jackets. Good luck shopping! Another suggestion is Ebay which sometimes has great deals on higher-end stuff.

Part of it is that I'm cheap since I am spending so much $$$ on other parts of this trip and I won't wear it the rest of the year, LOL.

Hard to pay top dollar and admire it in your closet for years to come. And as I recall, they usually have coats that other So Cal stores don't carry. Worth a try.

Adam looks gorgeous in this pic, the cute guy with him looks cute, but what I really need to understand is Adam's pants: anyone can shed a light? Maybe he is wearing shorts? I see that Jake is in shorts.

I went to the Eagles' concert last night and I sat there all night enjoying the songs and COMPARING EVERYTHING TO QAL!!! It did not measure up!! Great, yet another pastime that Adam has ruined for me. (like watching singing competitions etc.,etc.) It left me just aching to see QAL again but the only way I could justify a trip to Europe for QAL would be to combine it with a vacation with DH. We were lucky enought to do that for Hammersmith and it was great. But Jan./Feb. just doesn't make sense....... I think.Dr. Bri's tweet about Spain gives me hope that maybe later Spring/Summer they do another small tour to the countries they're missing now. Are you listening Dr. Bri??? I'm going to see Fleetwood Mac at the end of November and I have a feeling I'll be the same way, comparing them to QAL. However, I think it will be a great show nonetheless and I have a strange crush on Lindsey Buckingham. I'm looking forward to it. Tonight, it's Blake Shelton at the Hollywood Bowl. Not a country fan for the most part but Blake is awesome on the Voice so I have a soft spot for him.
