Another song I'd REALLY like to see them tackle is Let Me Live.... It's a glam rock church thing THis was from the posthumous Made In Heaven album. Brian and Roger added verses to Freddie's to complete the song but it sounds so natural. I'd love to see them do it exactly as it is here....Adam sings the first verse and the choruses, Roger sings the second verse and bridge, and Brian sings the third verse and then they all sing various bits and bobs during the end :D Not bloody likely unfortunately but I would love it

I don't know how to feel about those PopJustice "wishes"....BTIKM's release was an utter fiasco - surely they won't repeat that timeline?! As everyone is saying let's get that baby out earlier rather than later. If they wait until January though - how will that roll with the QAL European tour? Would that be a plus or negative? (I have no idea). I am still hoping ffor a November 2014 single release. Even early December works. >> The whole Adam solo career + Q+AL is a bit unusual but they appear to have boxed out time where he is dedicated to his solo career, time for Glee, time for Queen. Adam may talk about multi-tasking but he appears to be working in time blocks for projects. My GUESS is that the album release will be after Q+AL UK-EU Tour. They could do a single release in January while Adam is on tour. Artists do it all the time. The label field team promotes the single to radio -- Adam could do a 2 or 3 high-profile promotional appearances -- even remotes. The big promotional effort is usually before the album releases -- and he really needs to be dedicated to that. *** Not saying that Adam will get the reception that Taylor Swift has gotten but here is the topline of her promo for the upcoming album. I am posting it because it has been perfect. Before the single released - 4 weeks of promotion by the label and field team.August 6 - 13, 2013: Taylor does single promotion - pre-release interviews, teases, announced live stream would happen on August 18 on the Tonight Show. Single released: August 18, 2014 (hit #1 very quickly -- song is already 2xPlatinum) October 1 - 27, 2017 - Big promotional push -- lots of TV and PR. October 24, 2014: Pre-release promo concert. CBS Radio from Hollywood Bowl. Album releases on October 27, 2014 (October 28, 2014 in UK, Germany) It is looking like it will be the big release for Q4 2014.

Here is the Adam one --- 46. Do you think Adam Lambert might sneak a new single out over the Christmas period? My response is -- NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I want a single in November OR just wait until January 2015. I really, really, really do not want to see an Adam Lambert single release during the US Radio Holiday Freeze again! Seriously, I do not want to see son-of-BTIKM (Released December 20, 2011). *** Here are the two Max Martin mentions --- sort of Adam related. 13. Taylor Swift’s album must be the album of the year. To give you some idea of the scale of this album’s power, Max Martin’s done at least nine songs. Don’t let us down Max. 14. In other Max Martin news, we’d like to hear the fruits of Tove Lo’s writing sessions as part of Max’s team, and in total we’d like to hear three different Max Martin-helmed singles by three different non-Swift US recording artists before Q4 is out.Max has been busy. What would be interesting is if one of those Tove Lo-Max Martin singles involves Adam. I added the Taylor Swift one (#13) because there will be a new single late in the Fall from this album and it is almost certainly to be a Max Martin track that gets a ton a airplay. That is good for other Max Martin singles. "Shake It Off" the lead single from her album was Max Martin and Shellback's latest #1 hit, currently #2. Just went into a whole twitter "rant" about this. Peter is using Quarter 4 and "Christmas" interchangeably in this article. I am sure he doesn't specifically mean over Christmas, JMHO. Also, BTIKM has nothing, zero to do with this new music. New label (even 19R was there last time.) New management and Adam's got a new attitude & is fully in charge! I have zero angst about Era 3! I think "they" have a plan that is going to knock our socks off! ETA: The Pop radio freeze is very short, very. BTUKM was pushed to HAC. Different ball game. And this time, I believe the new label has a game plan for radio! Not the stupid HAC plan FURCA had! I have no idea what the strategy for A3 will be -- but you can bet that they will promote Adam to HAC -- it is the format that is most receptive to him and his music. Hopefully it will be HAC + Mainstream Pop. But there is nothing wrong with HAC. The idea of a December 18th single release date fueled by social media was not even total bad if the song had been great and had been buzzworthy. Problem was the song was not worthy of Adam and was not embraced by music listeners and music buyers. It might have worked with a dance-pop, controversial track but RCA wanted another WWFM -- so the creative positioning goal and the promo strategy did not match.Regarding Christmas vs. Q4 -- if Adam never had a wack Chirstmas lead single release, then I would not have even mentioned it because it is so ridiculous. >> I know this was not specifically addressed to me but I am not angsty about A3, and I have never been angsty about Adam. I can't change anything anyway and I know it. It is up to Adam and his management to make what they think are the best choices. HOWEVER, the writer asked a question: "Do you think Adam Lambert might sneak a new single out over the Christmas period?" And my answer was NO, because I do not think he will. Adam & Co. may make some mistakes but I expect them to make new mistakes, not repeat the old mistakes. Finally, I am not expecting Adam and his team to knock my socks off. I am trying to patiently wait for new Adam music which I am pretty sure I will love. And IF they knock my socks off, cool. I do not expect anything beyond the music. That is enough for me.

I find it hard to believe that QAL will add to their setlist a song that is little known to the general public. They've already got several of those in their set list. Given the huge popularity of Killer Queen, it seems reasonable to me that they'd want to add another song in which Adam can show his campy-flirty-comic side. Just one is not enough;)! Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy seems ideal. And like Killer Queen, it could be another song that Adam would "set free" at long last, and sing it not just as if HE is the Lover Boy, but address it to his Lover Boy. It's such a feel-good song, and I think Adam would love the suggestive lyrics... www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNuN6k8GE1c
