11 Breakout Stars From American Idol CleverMusic youtu.be/AZAPGQXD4DI>> Adam part is really good and at 10:17. Worth a watch!! Not in order - but this is the sequence in the video - more proof winning Idol does not always matter - only 5 of 13 winners made their list: 1 Kelly Clarkson (#1 on Season 1) 2 Katharine McPhee (#2 on Season 5) 3 Kelly Pickler (#6 on Season 5) 4 Jordan Sparks (#1 on Season 6) 5 Phillip Phillips (#1 on Season 11) 6 Carrie Underwood (#1 on Season 4) 7 Scotty McCreery (#1 on Season 10) 8 Chris Daughtry (#4 on Season 5) 9 ADAM (#2 on Season 8) 10 Jennifer Hudson (#7 on Season 3) 11 Ryan Seacrest (seems like an odd one to me, but it is actually true -- he could be the biggest star from Idol) Not surprisingly, most of the comments are about Adam.

WNNJ-FM is my local radio station - its studios are two (small) towns away. The broadcast area can't be more than 20 miles - by the time I get to work, it fades out completely. At least I know my entry with zip code fits the market area. This is the station I listen to for local news, snow closings, and expect to see at the county fair. So it is kind of trippy to see those call letters all over the twitterverse and internet.

If you follow the links, it takes you to Terra's Adam Wiki web site (a good place to find audio & video) for Osaka. There are 2 different audios: 1) the SS Osaka "bootleg", and 2) a fan audio recorded from the audience. The bootleg audio is supposed to be a combination of the feed from Adam's in-ear monitors and the fan recorded audio. Terra gives the QueenZone link for the fan recording which is a torrent download. It is also available from Devenlane's web site which links to a Mega download. Terra's link for the bootleg audio takes you to another link which gives a ZippyShare and a Mega download link. The ZippyShare site is the one where you have to be careful about which button you press to start the download - it's the big orange button with white letters. The Mega site is safer to use as there are not adware links to get fooled by. So, here are the links I would recommend using (because Atop does not like the "!" in the Mega web address, I got a "TinyURL" equivalent link for the Mega link): 1) bootleg audio: tinyurl.com/n3qh56a2) fan audio: tinyurl.com/ko56uhk (click on "Audio" folder, and then "Queen" folder to find audio files) The bootleg audio is only downloadable as a "zip" file. The zip file contains all of the individual songs in MP3 format. You must "unzip" the zip file to get the individual files. In windows, just double click on the zip file and it will show you the content of the zip file in windows explorer (not internet explorer). Then click on "Extract all" button at the top of the windows explorer and it will unzip all of the individual files into a folder. I think it is a similar process on a Mac. The fan audio recordings can be downloaded as either individual files or all at once as a zip file. The fan audio recording files are in the FLAC format. I have previously put information in the Technical Questions thread on what software to use for playing FLAC files and for creating audio CDs from FLAC files. I think someone also previously gave names of software to convert FLAC files to MP3 or M4A files. Any more questions? ETA - If you convert the FLAC audio files to another format such as MP3, DO NOT rehost them somewhere and post the link publicly!!! The QueenZone folks are VERY particular about not wanting lesser quality versions of their audio out there in the general public domain. Of course, you can share such links to MP3 files privately, i.e., through PM.

I entered just in case. I might also enter from Mississippi, maybe an Memphis - North Mississippi- North Alabama station will join.

Gotta give the man credit for his sense of irony. Or did he miss all those articles about children being molested by priests?
