Guitar Player?! LOHRASP KANSARA @experience_L 2m2 minutes ago I was hired to play for a private event today. Next thing I know is I'm in front of 500 people with Adam Lambert performing. Crazy party. Um. Yeah. Who hired him? Not exactly a virtuoso. I cannot imagine they did more than run thru the numbers a couple of times in rehearsal. Adam basically carried the entire thing with his strong vocals. The guitar was superfluous. The chords on Trespassing, tho', were atrocious. Adam's voice? PRICELESS! Whew! I was beginning to think I was crazy. I couldn't believe that in all of NYC that was the guitar player? Come on! Thank God for Adam's total professionalism and ability to sing through no matter what. |
