Of course Brian owns the song. I guess I thought it was obvioys I was referring to the Adam or Freddy vocal comparison on WWTLF! The iHeart version and the audience reaction is one of my Adam stanning highlights of the past 5 years! ❤️ I agree about that IHR WWTLF. It is imprinted in my mind. *** I have also written that Adam "owns" WWTLF, but I think there is a better word for what happened in Las Vegas-- it was more like Adam and Brian and the audience were one because of that song, the lyrics and, that voice, the guitar, that performance. I have no word for it. Separate from that, it just dawned on me last night when I was posting some old Brian interview comments that that is really Brian's song. I sort of knew it but had not thought about it. So, yes, that song suits Adam far more than Freddie. Other songs like KQ are great by both of them, and JMHO SCC is a Freddie song -- he starting singing a version of that song in 1968 and was the master of those rapid fire lyrics. *** There was one other amazing moment that I saw live -- OOL in Montreal. That was a equally transcendent moment. And the rain started to fall softly when he sang... Hey, tears all fall the same We all feel the rain We can't change...
That was the night the "fairy" flew into his spotlight -- and I think there was magic in the air, plus throw in lightening, rain, and firework. *** I suspect everyone who was at the original Fantasy Springs acoustic WLL performance also experienced one of "those" moments. I was not there for that one. *** So what is with the W's? WLL, WWFM, WWTLF, ? Whole, Who, What -- we need a Where! I think the lead single from A3 should be WTBA (Where The Boys Are)!

...and when it was reported that Brian and Adam would be in LA in Novemeber for the Classic Rock event, I had to wonder if there might possibly be any other kind of collaboration happening - maybe on A3. Despite their age difference, A and B seem to be real musical soul mates. It's not only Adam who is very busy, but as long as all three are able, there will be communication/collaboration among them. They are having too much fun to just call it quits completely. I hope so anyway. I have had the same thought. I can easily see Brian recording a guitar track for A3. I hope so anyway. Although with the realities of digital music production, people can record in multiple places and it is brought together in production. No need to be together. True, but it's so much more fun to work in the same location. Now I am hoping that is what is happening. One track would be great because it's just enough but not overkill.

Excellent article! It kind of amazes me that all the members of Queen seem to be very nice, special people and extremely talented. It must have been serendipity that they found each other. ....and so serendipitous that they found Adam! i love to hear how strong the connection is between Adam and Brian and Roger - and that it remains as strong on a professional level and affectionate on a personal one, after such a long time spent together. It must be easy on a tour, where artists are in enforced close contact for weeks on end, to start to tire of each other or for niggles to appear. But the Queen guys seems as thrilled with Adam now as in the beginning - perhaps more so....and it's clearly reciprocated. I find it oddly comforting that Adam has these great guys on his side.... And it extends to Rufus, Neil, and Spike as well, and I am guessing Jim Beach. I just don't see any drama with any of these guys. It's very chill.

And while on the topic of creepy Halloween-y stuff, does anyone have an idea how the heck to make a Golden Snitch costume? #leastcrafypersononplanet #whycan'tshewantaneasycostume?? Well, wouldn't it basically be a big round ball with little gold wings on either side? You could use a beach ball or big yoga ball or something as a pattern then attach wings. That's all I got.... (I'm the non-sewer in a family with an amazing seamstress and a professional clothing designer--I knit and do needlework--I hate sewing and it hates me). You could probably even hot glue gun the whole thing together! Oooh, paper maiche ON a yoga ball! I've got one of those things! [Pretty sure. In the basement, somewhere... Not that it has ever used for actual exercise or anything. That would be asking way too much.] Brian May's gold shirt would be perfect as a golden snitch Can he take my kid trick-or-treating??
