JS shoshanna stone @shoshannastone 2h2 hours ago @counselorrific nah, not until we're ready. Will be back in sight and in mind then. HJS @counselorrific 12m12 minutes ago @shoshannastone Starting 2 sound like @adamlambert's mgt team following the Colonel Tom Parker philosophy 4 managing a client. #RationStar shoshanna stone @shoshannastone @counselorrific nah. He has been doing an arena tour during his recording time..... And a tv show Ha! I guess I can't be too critical (looks in the mirror), since I have decided to plan the Queen + Adam Lambert setlist! But honestly, Colonel Tom Parker? Really? From what I know about Tom Parker he was greedy, ruthless and controlling, made unilateral decisions about Elvis' career, and always working to promote Elvis in any possible way -- not at all like Adam's management who strikes me as being supportive and working hard to help Adam achieve his goals. Can someone explain this to me? Or is this as idiotic as it seems?

cassie, I LOVE your analyses and information on the techniques of singing and the explanations the hows and whys. I have said before, will say again, that it enhances my already extreme enjoyment of Adam's prowess.
I really really enjoy gaining some understanding of how he does what he does, if I didn't have that I would probably just think he is one lucky son of a bitch to have been "born" with that talent. And of course there is a genetic component, but you have helped me understand that that is not all that is necessary, that to hone and preserve this gift he has worked and studied and practiced for a long, long time. And still does.
I really appreciate that perspective. Makes me respect him a whole lot more, gifts should be honored. And I believe he honors his, and boy, do we benefit!
So, speaking only for red panda, you are much appreciated, and have helped me to more fully enjoy this damn hot singing boy. Didn't even know that was possible, so thanks! Awwww panda you made my day, my week. Any time I can share my awe of how Adam creates the music he does, and have others share my appreciation for how hard he works and what a master he is at his craft and art, I am one happy cassie. Thanks for the feedback.

Legend or not, Elvis was half a century ago! GAH! Makes me nuts.

ETA: honestly Cassie, I didn't see the eye-rolling play on words until I was just about to post. I honestly just wanted to say ' thanks'.

So, the next phase of QAL starts in...January???? Crikey. ETA: GREAT post, Cassie! Save that voice at all costs. The Queen catalog is hugely demanding on a vocalist. Sometimes I don't think fans or non-fans know what it takes to pull that concert off night after night. I appreciate your thoughtful post!

OMFG soooo many Adam moments!!!! "Shut down my haters" at 1:08 and the CROWNING especially!!!! And o/c I am really happy for Toddrick ETA aaand the whole thing it very clever IMO (and as a European I most likely miss 2/3 of the refernces) Additional ones that I noted are: Broadway "gave them too much flaming and they got scared" ... then right after tha Simon, ... then after shut down my haters does he sing "be a billboard QUEEN" ? The whole MV looks like one long Adam commercial, or just made for a whole new generation that Adam helped make the way for IMO I would sooo watch this religiously and just hope to find every episode asap on YT ETA2 accidentally deleted words above, sorr! Im on the tablet ....
