I'm not angsting about Adam's name over Queens in ad for X Factor.. Love it.. To add I am amazed at Adam's bear bidding ....so high. You would think Adam would be hired for some major product testimonial...Maybe a car , or a clothes line... I mean the man's name can sell stuff.

As an almost lifelong Queen fan, it upsets me a little but not enough to raise hell over it, only because their name seemed like an afterthought. As for product placement, you just made me think of that new Chanel advertisement with Pharrell. Adam would great in something like that. |

Well I don't like it...and I'm ALL ABOUT ADAM. I agree with Q3 that it was likely a mistake on the part of whoever was making up the ? (I don't even know what you call it) promo/ad thingie? They had a standard template, Adam first on list, yadda yadda...
I wonder if we'll see it again.
(snow day here...so early in season for this crap)

I've been a Queen fan for 30 years and love Freddie as much as I love Adam. That name's placement doesn't bother me a bit.

I prefer Queen + Adam Lambert, but the only thing that would "bother" me would be if it said "Queen" with no separate mention of Adam. In any case, as I posted in yesterday's thread, I don't think this means anything or was intention. I really do not believe this came from either Adam or Queen -- this was apparently done by XFactor or AXS or by some party associated with the two. But perhaps there was a Glambert involved!?!? A ninja promo editor!!  |

I've been a Queen fan for 30 years and love Freddie as much as I love Adam. That name's placement doesn't bother me a bit. it's not the placement that bothers me...it's the miniscule size of "Queen". I mean...c'mon. Queen....and I've never even heard of those other people with the huge-ass names...hehe I'm bleeping on and on about this cuz I'm procrastinating, haha!....thanksgiving dinner stuff to prepare. Okay, I'm done. (billing aside, very, VERY excited about Sunday's performance!!) |
