such a pain and I'm really upset my phone won't work. I updated it a few days ago supposedly for security threats , maybe that was after stardust and I had done our first check too.

I uninstalled and reinstalled my app phone so that's better.

Since phone is working now. Click on participants and then it gives a Chat option. But when I was first thinking of that while we were on I was trying to say type here on Atop, since we know that works.

I'm back up one. but over all this month has been much more level without extreme ups & downs compared to the last couple of months.

I still have an addiction to Nutella but I'm trying to at least control it. I think I'm up 2. I need to pick up the water again, I do good drinking it for a couple of days and then I forget.
