I still have an addiction to Nutella but I'm trying to at least control it. I think I'm up 2. I need to pick up the water again, I do good drinking it for a couple of days and then I forget. Yep! Nutella is evil stuff!! There are some things I just can't have in the house, and that is one of them!

Down 1.4 lbs this week. Finally headed in the right direction again. My trending chart last month was almost a flat line. LOL. Better than the staircase it's been looking like. Trying for a downhill skiing look this month.

Well, up a pound again. Am doing well in the day but at night bingeing. Always a struggle. Now that it is cooler, I feel like cooking more and that will help. Never giving up!!!

Hi folks, just a guest here, occasionally sticking my nose in. Still in catch up mode from all things happening over the summer, that did not even allow me to be at ATOP for quite a while. Was a wild time. Nothing bad, just lots of things happening all at once. Needed to set priorities. == Just wanted to post this about Elvis Duran (Z100), because I bet that Adam is going to meet him either in October in NYC or some time later, and this guy really has changed a lot. And while he went the surgery route to get rid of the weight, the question will be, whether he can maintain, or whether the weight slowly creeps up on him again, because he expands his stomach. It remains to be seen. And back up 2 because of sloppy over eating. It is so easy to see why I put on weight in the first place. My normal activity level does not support my preferred eating level. LOL I really have to make myself exercise more but I've gotten lazy and off track and it's hard to get in to the rhythm again.

Yeah, me too!! A couple birthdays and out to eat a bunch and I'm up too. Unfortunately, this 100 degree weather is killing me! Don't even want to move.

I'm actually down for once, ok well actually back down to where I started after being up since being sick this spring. I've felt in control for a couple of days and I don't usually feel like that so maybe for awhile at least something has clicked.
