I continue to struggle with nighttime binge eating, but am down a couple pounds but still up from my lowest weight. Bought a ticket for Vegas and hoping that will keep me on track.

I'm trying Garcinia Cambogia pills to see if that will help control my binge eating. It's supposed to be an Appetite Suppressant. I'm using it at very low levels. The version I'm using says take 1 capsule three times daily just for health and to triple that for weight loss. I'm doing 1 capsule a day, not sure I trust the stuff, lol. I'm not sure that it has cut my appetite but the next day I don't weigh as much as I thought I would based on what I ate so maybe it is supporting fat buring (one of its other claims) We'll see.
I have been trying to have 2 salads a day (lunch and dinner) before having anything else to try and fill me up. I've got some cabbage I need to figure out a recipe for.

I'm still yo-yoing around. Just don't want to cook/chop/etc. Under high stress and just want to eat all the time! Very little seems to help. No giving up. Las Vegas in December will help me straighten up, I hope!!!

Yay! I was down today in spite of a week of birthday restaurant eating out and a weekend trade show. Down 1.2 lbs from last week. Jablea If you aren't noticing any adverse reactions to the Garcinia Cambogia pills you might gradually up your dose. The salads could also be helping just by being a regular dose of fiber to keep digestion working smoothly. I definitely notice changes in my digestion when I slack on the greens for any length of time. Do you take probiotics as well?

Hi rihannsu, great having a birthday shared with a celebrity . We've started the birthday season at my house too, hubby and I a month a part with the kid in between. But I made the mistake of sampling one or maybe two or three too many things at Costco last week and uh brought some of it home where I competed to keep my share of it. I think at the same time I completely forgot about the Garcinia tablets and wound up with a sore throat this week. So all that sent me into the plus 2 category. Now on the other side of the coin I have figured out what to do to help my hip that was starting to give out halfway thru my walks with the dogs. All my regular leg lifts etc have been doing great for my knees but my hip, right in front at the bend with my leg has been a problem since mid summer. I figured out I haven't been doing my stair climbing. I have a step stool with a couple of firm pads on it that comes out to about a foot tall. So if I do my step on step off routines on it that seems to stretch or strengthen the right part of my hip that needs help. Anyway I was able to do longer walks again until this dang sore throat started any way.

I am quite sure when I step on the scale tomorrow morning I will be in BIG trouble. LOL. Had a day off so the roommates and I went to see The Martian (great movie) then Kobe Japanese Steakhouse for dinner so I could use my birthday coupon. Movie popcorn with butter then Kobe and now a big bowl of ice cream for desert. Probably did 3 days worth of calories in one.

Just as an example of weight fluctuation I want to report that yesterday I ate slightly under my calorie goal and am down 1.4 from yesterday. So to recap, Thursday was a huge binge probably double my calorie goal if not more and up 2.2 and yesterday I was maybe 50 under my calorie goal and down 1.4. I'm up a pound from the beginning of the month but during that month my weight has been up and down within about a 5 pound range.
Glancing back over the last couple of months it looks like I have a pretty steady weight fluctuation range of about 4-5 lbs.

I know what you mean. This is a difficult and stressful time of year with Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. I am struggling with uncontrolled eating. Trying hard to use Las Vegas as a reason to work harder.
