Well, holding steady, I'm ok with that for now. Found something in my WeightWatchers magazine that I like for drinking water. I have some metal water bottles etc but they don't provide any visual reference for seeing the water drop. So how about a big clear glass of water? Sure but you have to keep filling it up and then you forget how many times you've filled it. So put a rubber band around it each time you fill it up that day. The more rubber bands the more glasses of water you've drunk. I'm lazy so I just use one rubber band and move it down the glass each time.

I actually had problems remembering to drink water at home when I just had a glass of water by my computer or wherever. But I had no problems at work where I bring my 24 oz clear plastic bottles. And I log by how many bottles I bring home empty. Since I keep about 6-8 bottles ready in the refrigerator I just started taking out a bottle to drink at home too instead of using a glass. I found I actually remembered to drink more. My rule of thumb is that I keep my empties empty until I log them then refill. If at home I log before I refill the bottle. If I'm not going to log right then I leave the empty and take another full bottle out so that I won't forget to log later.

It's Wednesday again? arggh. I've put a little chart on my Adam charting spreadsheet after you mentioned wanting to see a ski slope on yours. So tracking daily so I get the visual. Doing pretty good. Even numbers today but down by 1 several times during the week. So I'm hoping I can jellyfish lower each week now.

I'm up .4 from last week but only .2 from the beginning of the month so I'll take it. Jablea are you doing the trend weight calculation or just plotting the daily weights on a graph. Here's a link for the formula and how to calculate it. www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/www/subsection1_4_1_0_1.htmlOr you can sign up at Hacker's Diet or Trend Weight and log it there. I'm signed up at Hacker's Diet so I keep my logs there.

Well, I'm down about 2 lbs, but still struggling with binge eating at night. Working on it.

I was a sub math teacher the last two weeks so everything went out of my head. I've been up and down. Mostly the scale just isn't moving either direction. It's evenings that get me. I do fine up thru noon.
