Hi All! I'm down another pound this week. It was bound to slow down sooner or later. Unfortunately, I seem stuck to the computer during concerts. Working on doing more exercising! UGH!

Completed the first week after my initial weigh in last week, and down 1.8 lbs. That's pretty good, as I wasn't totally good this week with some outings in the mix, and that usually involves food and drink! Just came back from my walk and now finishing breakfast Still not quite caught up on the latest concert thread, and working on my annual bookkeeping of the business, so lots of computer times! Do get up for breaks to walk around and stretch. Great to hear everyone is doing so well, in one way or another!

Down 2 lbs this week!
I've lost a total of 15 lbs and I can actual wear some of my clothes that haven't worn in about 10 years. I love clothes so for me it is a great incentive to wear some of my favourite pieces again.
RL has kept me very busy lately so I have not been able to listen to the streams during the day but I have tried to catch up on the videos in the evening. I am so glad that the tours is so well received and the reviews have been great.

Thursday - Hip Exercise #3 - The ClamContinuing the work on our hips we return to our yoga floor mat and lay on our side. Bend your knees and keeping feet touching raise the upper knee to vertical and then return. For different reps you can move the position of your legs, more forward or more behind you to work different parts of your hip abductor muscles. Repeat on other side as needed.

WOW! Great progress, everyone! and chapf - we are so adorable in your imagination I can't report anything as the digital scale went back to college (ya, my DS travels with his own scale) and I am on my super old one where I can't see anything under 1 lb. My goal is 0.5 lb/week, so I hope it happened. Hope I'll be able to see some progress next week. As far as concert time - I stream on my phone, use the "real good" earphones with it and dance around instead of sitting. I LOVE that it's only audio, or I'd be glued to the screen.... ETA: I was watching the newly uploaded riddle's Manchester vids (SUPERB!!!!) and I decided to mimic Adam's movements. TRY! You'll see how much energy it takes! And that's without singing.... no wonder he needs a trainer.... plus it's pure fun!
