Seeing all these Adam posed pictures professionally done, do we think this was a promotional gig for him? Paid performance, as it were. It could offset the cost of his side trip to Italy if they paid him to appear at the club and pose with the patrons.

Me too. Seems many of those around Adam smoke (Danielle, Sauli, Bridger, Giulio, etc.) and these clubs are full of smoke. He seems to be able to tolerate it well and we just have to trust that he can handle it. From all indication, it seems he can. I was hoping this younger generation was moving away from smoking, but seems to still be popular with many, especially the party goers and Adam is part of that world.

I also was worried about the cigarette and I could just imagine that nasty smoke going into Adam's nose and down to the lungs...please no...ruined the picture...almost..

At least one of the people he is with is a friend -- so whatever it is, they are not random patrons. But I think it could be a promotional visit to the club. And if so, it would have paid for a very nice trip to Italy. During GNT 2010 it was easy to tell because it was really clear -- and sometimes involved promotion by the club before he made an appearance. Now, aside from a few big events like his Halloween Party, the photos always follow the appearance and he is there with friends. Things have gotten more sophisticated since then -- and more lucrative. In any case, I hope Adam has tons of promotional deals and is making tons of money. But overall, he seems very restrained about what he does commercially. I think he and his team keep it in balance. |

In this regard you should be more worried about the fact that Adam lives in LA. Random passive smoking doesn’t harm his lungs as much as the dangerous levels of outdoor air pollution in LA. Especially jogging in LA, when the ozone levels are high is a remarkable health hazard. |
