Happy 2015 everyone! FYI -- American Idol is finally posting full episodes online. Previously, they only posted clips from the show. So for anyone who might miss one of the Adam-related episodes, here's where you can watch after the broadcast (via ew.com): insidetv.ew.com/2015/01/08/american-idol-online/Excerpt: Fox’s American Idol is embracing the digital age.
For the first time in the show’s history, full episodes of the hit singing competition will be available online the day after they air. The show’s distribution shift begins today, with Wednesday night’s 14th season premiere now available.
Idol episodes will be on Americanidol.com, FOX Now, and Hulu Plus services, along with VOD providers like DirecTV, Comcast, and Time Warner Cable. Previously, only American Idol clips were available online the next day.
Thanks for posting that. I've hardly watched AI, and usually not the initial auditions. I just watched episode 1 online and had a fun time. Apparently, gone are the days of crazies auditioning in banana costumes, etc. Also, no one was berated. Some were excellent and some not so much, but none were completely laughable like in the old days. I might watch more, especially since it's online and I'm usually busy when it airs. Maybe I'm picky, but I liked one singer...the very last one. The rest were either really bad or just meh. |

Did anybody see the "Dusted Elvis" pic Adam deleted from his Instagram right after posting it? I missed it. ETA: Nevermind elyse elyse@goldandleather it was the same picture he just posted, just with the elvis caption |

I agree with Adam on this too. It is art and powerful. If I saw the plan and casting for this, I would see the real potential to trigger strong, negative emotional responses from many people who related it to personal experiences with sexual molestation and child abuse. I think Shia LaBeouf is excellent, just sure why not they could not have cast a young woman vs. a 12 year old girl for the female Sia self? I believe the controversy was expected and hoped for -- like much of what Sia has done lately, it fells contrived and not authentic. I understand that some people will see controversy here, there are cries of pedophilia ...... but that requires manipulation and power. IMO Maddie holds all the power in this piece. She is able to move through the bars freely, he is trapped. |

On one hand, there's nothing new in this picture. On the other hand, it looks like the songs on are strips of paper that can easily be moved around! Some of them though... I was honestly scratching my head at the guy from the coffee shop across the street. He wasn't the worst ever, but his voice was boring, his overall audition was boring, and his attempt at that one high note was barely audible. Meanwhile, all I'm hearing is "Goosies!" "I've never heard anyone sing that song like that!" "Such a unique voice!" He was very attractive, but his audition was a mess and he literally got no constructive criticism. Just endless praise. At least the others with obvious vocal problems got mixed feedback (like the girl with the pink hair who sang the Elvis song). Still, props to her for being the only person to sing all day without the aid of an acoustic guitar. I can't even remember anyone else. Goes to show how little an impression they all made on me. |

LOL.. If you blink you will miss him the first time they showed him. But off course you can see him singing WATC with the Queen + Adam Lambert logo tour next to it.  . So I can change my channel now. |
