Why woulden't they give Adam screen time lol. Besides its not all about Adam Lambert, beleive it or not. And I agree its just the format. well...well...well... It IS for me  but I understand it is about JLo for the AI producers... so that's that.... mys*&@^#r thinks they are showing all the judges "equally" - I would love to hope she is right and Adam will get the same time as her...but I very seriously doubt it.... btw- how long is the next week episode? 1h or 2? |

I agree with Adam on this too. It is art and powerful. If I saw the plan and casting for this, I would see the real potential to trigger strong, negative emotional responses from many people who related it to personal experiences with sexual molestation and child abuse. I think Shia LaBeouf is excellent, just sure why not they could not have cast a young woman vs. a 12 year old girl for the female Sia self? I believe the controversy was expected and hoped for -- like much of what Sia has done lately, it fells contrived and not authentic. how is it both art and poweful and contrived and inauthentic? that seems like a complete contradiction to me. Maddie, throughout this era has represented Sia as Sia is not currently showing her face, even while performing live. Maddie is a gifted PROFESSIONAL dancer so why should the role have gone to someone older if Maddie is who Sia wishes to represent her in this form of expression? As for this triggering personal experiences for people, a lot of things are triggering for victims of molestation but there is absolutely nothing abusive about this video, sexual or otherwise and IMO anyone seeing such are looking for it. |

Idol has had Adam on every single season since he won I mean since his season!  He is the only Idol that has that distinction. He was the first Idol to mentor (twice) now the first Idol to judge! I guess I just have a very hard time understanding why the feelings for the show are so negative. They have been nothing but great to him! |

I really can't take American Idol any more... I missed Adam because I tuned in late..The judges are having a great time laughing,having fun,etc. But I really ,from last night to this evening ,don't hear them really critiquing very much. Some of the singers really sounded good,especially liked the blind singer.... Gosh I hope Adam doesn't yuck it up like the other judges.It still seems to me,that the show should be called American Judges,starring JLO.. Just my opinion for what It's worth. I don't like the voice either because IMHO the judges are first and formost We don't know the contestants yet, so they have to. I sure as heck hope we get a lot of video of Adam having fun judging! I want the masses to see his adorable personality! Most people have no idea how warm he is & how funny he is!! Thank you. And I think this panel of judges is fun and HAVE given some criticism. (Did not understand the love of the coffee shop guy--Harry hated him.) Adam will fit in great. If he had done this during, say, the time of Niki Minaj, Mariah, or Simon, it would just be uncomfortable for me. I never found Simon's nastiness entertaining. |

Is the editing favoring JLo again this year? If yes - I am afraid they'll give Adam minimum screen time... I think they favor JLO I didn't notice a bias towards her. |

I didn't notice a bias towards her. Yeah dont't get this critisism of JLO. Yeah camera favours her some times. But its not as excessive as people make it out to be. They seemed to love Adam as a guest judge. So I am sure he well get tons of screen time. Why woulden't he. |
