ETA: Some of the urban dictionary descriptions remind me of this from a couple of years ago! Ohh - thanks for bringing that back. I freakin love it but had forgotten about it! I'll bet the pink polish twitterstorm ramped up his follower numbers. And Hooray for #2 last night. I'll take it! And here's yet another reminder: www.q102.com/pages/interactive8.html

Hey guys! Belated BD wishes to all you Aires out there. Just wanted to drop a reminder for anyone that has not caught the Adam's music radio program that has been airing in the UK. The program will be running each day at 10:00p.m. UK time, which is 4:00 CST till next Monday (4-18) at: www.mywordradio.comThe program, presented by Angelina Kalahari, is designed to introduce listeners to the music and vocal ability of Adam Lambert. She plays 6 of Adam's songs, with commentary on his classically trained voice, and the vocal mastery of his music, and is well worth a listen. Angelina attended 3 GlamNation concerts, and is as smitten by Adam as the bestest, mostest BSC fan, and you can tell this when you hear her talk about Adam. She has written 2 articles on Adam's voice that have been posted here and at other Adam fan sites: "Adam Lambert and the Basics of the Singer's Voice: Breathing and Support" and "Broken Open: Adam Lambert and the Agony and Esctacy of Singing" and she also wrote a glowing review of the New Orleans GlamNation concert that was posted on the ALF site. Angelina is very involved in the performing arts in the UK, and is determined to help get Adam's music played in the UK. After the show first aired on 4/12, the station played several of Adam's songs, and will continue to do so throughout the week. Kudos to her for finally getting Adam's music played on UK radio. If anyone has the capability to record this show so the link can be tweeted out, I think it would really help to get the word out on this awesome program, so please let me know!

Mahailia, evergreen tried recording the show yesterday. I can't check the quality on my work computer, but take a listen and see if its clear enough to retweet, etc. For those interested, I was able to record this program with Real Player. If you have Real Player (free) on your computer, just tune in to the station, select Real Player, and click on the record button (lower left hand of the screen). I understand it will be rebroadcast at 5:00 p.m. EDT for the next few days.

What she said!!!^^^^^ Angelina's program was an introduction to Adam, so there was nothing that new about it for Adam's staunch fans, BUT, Angelina is not just another fan girl. She has sung with some of the top operatic tenors in the world. She has dedicated her life to the study of voice and performance. Therefore, her unabashed enthusiasm for Adam's voice has credibility and is backed up with technical knowledge. Which is not to say that she is not a fan girl, too. In an email to her I qualified my raving about Adam, writing, "I am not saying Adam is THE BEST singer in the world......" and she responded, "I actually do think his is the best voice I've ever experienced - perhaps there is someone else out there, but I haven't come across them yet." She said basically the same thing on her radio program. I wish that her program could get world-wide attention, as it is great promotion for Adam. Hopefully, someone tech savvy will make a recording of it and tweet it widely. Or, at least, will tweet or distribute the info about listening to repeats of the program this week. It needs to be heard. Dare I ask if anyone here also posts on MJs and could mention it there? In any case, Angelina and her program are keepers.

Cassie - can you make a professional judgement call on evergreen's recording? I can't listen, so I have no idea if its awesome or fuzzy. If it doesn't properly transfer the tonal qualities of the show, though, I'm not sure retweeting it widely would be the best idea.
If it does though, fire away! :-)

She mentioned that she was able to record it on Real Player, but I didn't see any link to it. I think she was just explaining how we could also record it. If you have a link, I would love it. I am about to go to work and will not be able to respond until later this evening.

I saw her post and thought that she had used her computer to record the program for herself, I don't understand how to access it, HELP????? I think we need to get mindchger or devenlane to rip it and put it out on mediafire(?) or the megaupload site, or do I even know what I'm talking about? Seriously doubt it! Wonder if a YT could be made of it? Does anyone know these guys on twitter? Where are all our ninjas? Also, per www.mywordradio.com, the program was heard by listeners in 20 countries! This is posted at their site from Facebook: My Word Radio Angelina Kalahari's programme about Adam Lambert was a great success thanks to our listeners in 20 countries !!!!!!!!! Yesterday at 4:12am
