Just a quick drive by post to say WHAT AN AMAZING BERTIFUL DAY THIS HAS BEEN! The new label announcement, how tightly orchestrated that was, how much attention idol gave him in tonight's show, the sheer right timing of everything...I'm a little overwhelmed. So very happy. I simply can't understand how fans of other artists get by. We must all be adrenaline junkies because there is always something thrilling going in in adamland. I feel like hugging everyone! And I am NOT a hugger, normally!!! I felt the exact same way - I was just happy - I wanted to hug everyone too. I'm also in Ontario - sending you a virtual hug *Hugs you back* |

With Adam's new record company and his new album.. The Adam Queen haters will have no more reason to fear Adam taking over Freddie's legacy and IMHO the hate will come to an end.After this Queen and Adam tour is over, Queen fans are going to really miss Adam with Queen.. Just my thinking and opinion.. You know you never know what you have until you lose it. Nobody can replace Adam With Queen in today's music scene.It's a win win for Adam all the way around. I can't stop smiling Not just haters. When it does end, I'll miss him. I mean I may nitpick about some things (still not a huge fan with the harder rock stuff - he handles the pop, midtempo, and ballads EXTREMELY well) but when he's done, if he decides to completely leave them behind, I will definitely miss it. It's nice to see Queen as an active band again. Granted I'll always have some archive releases and I'm sure Brian will do some work with Kerry, maybe Rog will do another solo album - but its nice seeing B&R together making that wonderful big noise again...and when Adam goes - that's all done and that's sad. I mean, I'm happy for Adam and you guys for when that happens - glad he gets a serious shot and he's 30 years younger than Queen and a long career ahead of him after Queen is forced to retire - but I admit it'll be a bit bittersweet to me. But that's just me  Carry on with the celebrations and the optimism and the dreams of such a wide open future for your obsession! Awww I hope you never leave us  You are part of our Glamily |

JMHO Oh I totally agree with you ,but the working relationship will most probably take a backseat for now ,so that Adam can move ahead with his solo career.. I'm hoping that Brian plays guitar for Adam with his new album... I think that Brian, Roger and Adam are friends for life , working partners occassionaly.. as Roger said to paraphrase,maybe they will help Adam with his career.I also hope that Brian writes some songs for Adam.IMHO, The Queen and Adam personal relationship is forged for life. |
