Here's my 5 bucks:
Song - Double Vision
Re Pete Best, perhaps Tommy thinks that Adam's new hair looks like Pete's -- wasn't he sort of a Teddy?

You know how you can be close with all your friends at work? You spend more time with them than family. You share stories with one another on breaks and when work is slow. You have many shared experiences. Then, you get a new job and at the going away party promise to keep in touch, to stop back to visit, to get together regularly. Because you are not just colleagues, you are friends, right?
How many of them were still a part of your life a year later? Five years later? That happens with performers all the time. You bond with your current band members, cast members. You share highly emotional times, good and bad. When the show closes, when the band breaks up, you go your separate ways. Most of the time there is no animosity, but the things that bound you together no longer occur. You no longer have things in common, things to talk about.
It is going on almost two years since Adam toured with his band. A couple of one off gigs, private parties, but basically no interaction since then on a professional level. Adam has gone on in his career, had many new projects, created new bonds with new musicians and cast members. I am sure Tommy has done the same. It's a business, and if he wants to work, he has to go where the work is.
I hope there are only fond memories of their previous work together. I hope they keep in touch from time to time. Hope it is all good. (Hope Adam has a new guitarist next time he tours.)

<pats lily> We're engaging in band speculation for Era #3. As long as there's no personal mud-slinging, it's as fair a topic as any other. ok hoppers as long as ye dinna sling mud i winna sling haggis Ack!! No haggis slinging - I beg you !!! (Honestly, does haggis taste good? I mean it sounds and looks awful, but generations of Scots must eat it for a reason. #curious)

Can't remember more than that and heck, maybe it never happened at all, given my memory. (Being a life-long vegetarian, it's all the same to me. )
