I actually remember reading that original pizza-call-to-911 story on reddit some number of months ago! Wow, it's awesome that they were able to make such a powerful ad of that anecdote. Good thing I don't have an iPhone so I don't have to use iTunes for anything except listening to the Queen podcast, haha I love ITunes. The only thing I don't love is that it costs nearly 50% more for a TV series here in oz than on the US store. It's the same series. And that would typically really irk me but Apple are far from the only company doing that kind of thing (looking at you Adobe and just about every other company including my beloved Patagonia). Oh Adobe is the top of my personal hate list and I have to use their products! iTunes and all Apple product I avoid as much as possible. I am not fond of Microsoft either. And Google/Android is not exactly change free and perfect. And Amazon is putting publishers out of business. You really cannot pick a good guy it this tech-digital-music space. |

And Eber is probably right about the kind of reception he will get in Seattle. #SBXLIX = SuperBowl XLIX. But fans are now saying it means Seattle Blew XLIX. (They should have won.) |

The guy on the sidelines who called the totally braindead pass play that lost the game for Seattle. And Eber is probably right about the kind of reception he will get in Seattle. #SBXLIX = SuperBowl XLIX. But fans are now saying it means Seattle Blew XLIX. (They should have won.) Jimmy Fallon just sang WATC with the Roots band and cameo guests Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton, One Direction, & a few others. Why the F couldn't he have included a clip of Adam, Brian & Roger???????! Sacrilege!

Disclaimer: I've never watched a football game in my life. Offensive Coordinator. (DC is defensive coordinator). The OC sometimes calls the plays when the offense is on the field, especially if the head coach is a defensive-minded coach. The Seattle coach has a background in defense so the Seattle OC called the plays. He called the pass play which ended up as an interception and ended the game. Since they were at the 1 yard line and have an incredible running back, the belief is that they should have run the ball. There is less chance of error with a run, especially that close to the goal line. It becomes a fight of brute force against brute force. They have four chances to win that battle from where they were and odds are pretty good that they win it at least once. |
