Artists do reschedule shows but they really try to avoid it. I know that Adam has never missed a concert post Idol, but I do not believe he has ever missed a performance -- including when he was in Wicked and Hair etc. ETA: And he has performed when he was sick before. He even managed to keep doing the Idol Tour when he had vocal stress issues. He missed one date ,can't remember when or where.. was it during Idol tour?? He was throwing up all over the place.. Only one he ever missed that I remember..This has been one tight schedule ,in the freezing cold.. sharing a mic with Brian when he was sick,being in the crowds...Feel so bad for Adam.. February 10, 2012 ---- He was really sick. Did his scheduled radio interviews but cancelled a promotional appearance where he was supposed to do one song. Adam never missed a date on the idol tour or on the GNT. He missed some M&G on the idol tour and didn't go to the buses for a few nights but he's never missed an actual tour date due to illness. It was a performance at some award show in Sweden during the promo tour for Trespassing. A stomach bug had been going through the band and Adam got it. He tweeted about feeling dizzy, then the next morning that the previous night had been pretty awful. He did an interview that day and sounded pretty subdued! It was a radio station visit in Sweden or Norway. Adam has never missed a performance. Not Idol tour, not Glam Nation, not one offs |

This guy  Shhh... don't tell anyone, but I could do without the extra embroidery, too. Just wish he hadn't had to change it because he was ill.
As a Jazz/Blues fans, I love when he does his riffing or melisma or whatever you want to call it. That's why I love that Crazy video so much. I like the extra embroidery he did the first time, but I like this ending better. He hold that ending note for 10-11 seconds.

What a trooper. Flu will knock the shorts off you for a couple of days. Ooh come to think of it, that would be a heavenly sight.
