The stage set up feels so naked without the lights blazing and wall of sound crashing...

You could hear that his voice has clicked back into place. In Frankfurt and even a bit in Milan you could hear him thinking through the note to sing. That intuitive place that his great technique allows him to sing from had to be overridden because he was sick. We've all been there - when something is hurting and you have to navigate around what would normally be automatic. Tonight we didn't hear any of that. Back to being the kid going down the hill on his bike with arms and feet spread out "weeeeeee look at what I can do"... OMG!! I love that visual!! LMAO!!

It was such a pleasure to listen to this stream and not have to bite my nails with worry before each of the anticipated high notes and runs. You could hear the joy in his voice.
