Honestly I don't even mind Clay winning for hilarity of it all... when does this one end? Adam has 27% and Clay has 6%, where would anyone get the notion that Clay is winning this thing? LOL In the past 10 days Clay has gone from <1% to 6.6% -- Adam has pretty much stayed at 28% (right now at 27.96%). So I think it is unlike that Clay will win BUT at least two times in the past, when Clay has been #2 to Adam and the poll has been left for a while, the Clay fans have eventually won through persistence. I have not found any end date for this poll but in the past they left it for about a month (this is the 5th time they've done it). OUT staff knows this poll is primarily to generate clicks and social media engagement -- and they are surely not confused about who is voting in this poll -- but it seems like a good place and time to demonstrate that Adam has social media power. |
