#15 - ADAM LAMBERT Taking the cake for the most graceful fall on this list, Adam Lambert not only took an accidental dive while he was singing about "Turning Around," but he rolled into the fall and got up as if it were intentional. I'd argue about some of those other ranking and I have no clue what's with the Highlander part. The rest of the blurb: Hats off to the man who did the hair-grabbing move on another dude on a Disney-owned television channel, yet has absolutely no relation to the guy from Highlander.
The Highlander reference is to actor Christopher Lambert who played the male lead, Connor MacLeod in the movie 'The Highlander'. Which of course featured the music of Queen, including WWTLF.

I'm probably in the minority here, but why on earth do fans think they should have been saying *anything* to Monte? Over the last few days I saw someone trying to bury the hatchet with someone they used to have a very long working (and personal) relationship with. Then that person's fanbase says nasty things in response. Now, I *totally* disagree with how Monte handled it (and yeah, I think he may have been under the influence and shouldn't have been near social media). But why the hell were people poking Monte in the first place? What happened between Monte and Adam is between them. Both are grown men. Adam doesn't need external help in deciding how he should deal with people who *he* knows personally and we *do not*. Particularly if one or both parties are seeing if water can go under the proverbial bridge. That twitter shit that went down last night was completely unnecessary. If the fandom wants to gossip about things amongst itself - fine. But to start taking public potshots at the people in question and then wondering about the response is like kicking a hornets nest and getting shocked...SHOCKED that the hornets come out stinging. I personally think that anyone that RTed Monte and/or Adam over what started off a complementary gesture is an idiot and helped make everyone - the fandom and Monte both - look stupid. And how does that help anything? #rhetorical #washopingEra3wasgoingtostartonarelaxedbasis Did you read his feed? Because before his rant there were only a few tweets to him harassing him. None came even close to warranting his vile replies! And he was @ing Adam and even Queen?! The man went over the edge & far beyond anything anyone can get excused for. Who is burying the hatchet? Adam? I haven't seen Adam reply to any Monte tweets. I have however seen Adam ignore Monte. When Adam publicly says "Bridges burned" I have to believe he means it! No excuses for Monte. No reason for his disgusting rant. The beauty of Twitter is that you can ignore, unfollow, or block people. He chose to go off on Adam's fans in the most disgusting display I have seen on Twitter!

Pattihum I feel the same way. The vile filth that came from his hateful mouth was so disrespectful and degrading to all women. And the @ing Adam and even Queen.....totally classless and unprofessional. ETA: And I just wanted to add that I don't care about how Adam chooses to relate to Monte because that's their business but I do care about the filthy hateful rant spewed from M mouth with total disregard for women. Behavior like that is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE to me no matter the situation. I'm done now.

Guess Adam decided to rest his voice and not go to the after party by the tweets.
Holly @xhollyglambertx 8m8 minutes ago No sign of Adam at the after party either, guys.
Pat H @pattihum 6m6 minutes ago @xhollyglambertx He said he probably wouldn't go in that interview! Working tomorrow!
Holly @xhollyglambertx 4m4 minutes ago @pattihum Haha I know. Couldn't help but watch though.

Aww Hoppers, you know that there are always BSCs who will start stuff. It happens in every fandom and there does not seem to be any way to stop them. It just needs to be ignored! True, but I can still feel 2nd hand embarrassment. Particularly when real people are directly involved. And for a very gray issue to have people who know the least and guess the most to decide to "righteously" engage the actual people involved makes me queasy. We, quite simply, do not know the fully story of what happened with all the backstory and permutations. Not before the bastard album came out, not after the album came out, or what may have been occurring offline within the past few weeks. But many people feel utterly justified in using their own hypothesized conclusions to definitively form very loud opinions. Again, if peeps want to rant within the fandom, ok. But to engage the people involved? Whether you guessed right or wrong does not, IMO, give anyone leave to insert themselves into that situation. #donenow ETA: <looking up> Nope. I don't look at Twitter that much. But if there was stuff that went on between a nearly 2-year old tweet and now we're not privy to it. Nor should we be whether it occurred or not. I *did* say I didn't approve of the reaction. But I sure don't think the stick poking was appropriate either.
