OK this is a question for the ages -- who are the 8 people who voted for the commercial guy over Adam?!?!?!?
I guess it proves the margin of error really exists! This poll must be +/- 8%
I was actually more confused by why the question was even posed, Q3!! 
Methinks some mischievous gremlins have been voting..  Ya'know I wanted to have Adam win a poll with ALL the votes!  |

How about some Adommy?  I would not even take odds on who will be in the band, but Adommy?  When it doesn't happen and I bet it won't, twitter will never be the same. Stock up on popcorn and even buy shares in Orville Redenbacher and ACT II Popcorn and sit back and watch.  Maybe more like ^^^...twitter, what twitter??  And I agree..the band is already decided. JMO but you can't wait on a band to learn songs with promo looming. The single droppeth sooneth. |

At least one Queen fan is now an Adam fan!  I think there are a few more *** I like the crown, but I want to burn that saggy ass leopard suit with the aqua board shorts! Just saying. *** Even the mention of Kradam shipping makes me queasy. Please let's not go there!! I have been impressed with the number and enthusiasm from young fans throughout UK and Europe. Much stronger response than from the US or Canada. Would it surprise you if the Warner promotion focuses less on the US and more on the rest of the world? For whatever reason be it Idol, orientation, age or whatever excuse that can be dreamed up, it seems the US awards way less respect and acknowledgement than the rest of the world. Earlier today ...someone said they felt sorry for the guy not getting any votes....so their vote reverted to the other guy. ...not sure it has anything to do with error. Haha  |

It would surprise me completely -- so much so that I am certain it is not going to happen. I expect Warners and Adam to be focused squarely on the US market first. Then promote in other markets. Adam will sell 50% in the US, and US licensing is worth the most. There are only a few things that are certain, and one is that they will promote Adam in the US -- a lot. *** ETA: I think the response to Q+AL in the US has more to do with Queen than Adam. When it comes to Queen, the US is very different than the rest of the world -- last successful tour here was in 1980. The 1982 Queen Tour was a total mess in the US -- fans hated the electronic dance pop music. In other parts of the world Queen rebounded by Hot Space with The Works in 1984 and had those final 3 great years (1984-1986.) |
