And I think that the videos and recaps will be published yet in the daily / weekly! All of a sudden stop all is impossible. Of course but my point wasn't that fans should at any time cease to enjoy the fruits of the QAL collaboration so far, goodness knows I love all that stuff myself. My point was rather that Adam's energies, schedule and PR now and for the foreseeable future need to be focused ruthlessly on The Original High and , in my opinion, further QAL dates/projects at this time might well dilute that push. Eyes on the prize and all that , the stakes are very high after all. I will be ready ,willing and able to get on the 'new' Adam train as soon as the PR for The Original High begins.. not to worry, Adam is always the main focus.. Let the fun begin.. just waiting.. in the meantime will continue to enjoy Queen and Adam. I mean I have to have Adam in my life on a daily basis.. what's a 'girl' to do.

As excited as I am for the upcoming TOH period and all the goodies it will have to offer, I'll be missing QAL desperately until they regroup. Their collaboration has not only produced some wonderful performances and propelled Adam and his career into the stratosphere -- it has rekindled my love (May-nia?) for Queen. I was a huge fan when I was younger but moved on after Freddie died. That is, until they forged a partnership with Adam. Then I was reminded just how fantastic Brian and Roger were (and still are, unlike some of their contemporaries who still perform but with severely diminished skills).
It's no problem to be a fanatical Glambert and Queenie at the same time! Even as Adam ramps ups his solo activities, I'm gonna be seeking out Taylor & May news.

Oh I am going to squeeze every drop of fun and pleasure from qal until there is something else to listen to . And probably also some even after that. Cannot express how much I have loved this period . Queen brought me to Adam so I am going to take my time and revel in this amazing experience. It's part of Adam's life now, part of his spirit. I sense a bit of annoyance or frustration re: Queen in some that I just will never understand but that's me. This was an opportunity of a lifetime for Adam and his growth as a singer and performer is incredible. This may be unpopular but this was a turning point in Adam's career. It's just can't be shutoff like the kitchen faucet.

I'm in the exact same place. For me, I have always loved the band but had my periods of greater enthusiasm than others. I loved the music, but I never really got to know them as people. As I realized with the help of a very wise friend, I fell in love with three men at once with this collaboration. It has been incredibly overwhelming and has changed me forever.

With all the many amazing shows that Adam has done, Fantasy Springs will always hold a special place in my heart. I met many Atoppers there. I still have the original audio from the concert. I didn't have a clue how to upload it back then. I was hand held through the process. It is also in my mediafire account so if you ever need it, let me know, it's my one claim to fame.

Brian May just favorited my tweet -- YAY!!!!! Dr. Brian May favorited your Tweet 9h: @adamlambert @queenwillrock @drbrianmay @ruttaylor1 @officialrmt @spikessasband & Neil Fairclough -- Thank you for a great ride! Amazing! He favorited mine too! I know he favs lots of tweets, but it's still a thrill. I see he favorited a few more Atoppers tweets from yesterday. So glad I took a sec to send a TY tweet and he saw it. Sheila @bamafanpf @adamlambert @drbrianmay @officialrmt @queenwillrock @ruttaylor1 Thank you so much for the glorious UK/EU leg of the QAL tour! U Rocked Us! 03:53 PM - 27 Feb 15 Favorited by Dr. Brian May Dr. Brian May @drbrianmay Rocket Ship Builder Sauli and Seth look like twins walking out to the car in Liverpool. So funny. I think Adam has sufficient focus and energy at this point in his career to handle both his solo work and QAL. "Side by side projects" as he said. I love that we'll see him hopefully alternating the two, with who knows what all else thrown in like TV, movies, product endorsements, etc. It's total win/win IMO. I want him to do it all and I want him to do it now! (while he's at his prime and I'm still alive to witness it all...lol)

QAL has brought me much joy and I can hardly wait for TOH and RIR. I also think collaborations with other artists will follow. And I for one will remain on the crazy train.

In my opinion, the gig with Queen has been a huge win all the way around. Boat loads of cash, international recognition, an enhanced reputation as the best singer in the business, a great opportunity for some re-branding, endorsement from arguably THE best rock band out there today, name recognition, acceptance and accolades from the media, mentoring from experienced pros, invaluable experience performing, a honing and refining of his vocal and performance skills, a maturing and tempering, constant feeding of his addiction for being on stage in front of an audience, a repertoire that challenges and pushes him, new and expanding fan base, boat loads of cash .... oh, right, I said that already. But the effect of that is more security and artistic freedom.
In the end, tho', Queen is not Adam's identity; it is a gig, a show. Artists accept a role on Broadway for a season, or a show on TV for a contracted 13 episodes, or a movie not expecting any sequels. They do the job, but with rare exceptions, then move on to other gigs, other shows, other roles. They often have several projects going simultaneously. I see no problem or conflict with Adam working on his solo material and accepting other gigs to enhance his repertoire, his visibility and his bank account.
Queen has a limited shelf life. Brian and Roger may have a few more performing years in them, but Roger in particular has looked drained at the end of some nights. Pounding those drums as he does is physically demanding. Knowing that the show ultimately has a finite life span and Brian and Roger are probably never going to do another arena tour without Adam, I embrace the great gig it is for the time. Adam will have his time to shine as a solo artist, I am sure.

After this tour Adam's probably going to take a week off. Either we will see him here and there partying or he'll just disappear for a few days in a beach of some tropical country to relax. And then when the promo for TOH begin we will start seeing him again. Until that time we will have to dread the days and thread. Enjoying new QAL videos from the last 3 concerts will be the way to go thru those days, at least it's in my case. LOL
