No, I went back and looked and it is very strange. If you set the dates from 2/1/15 to 2/28/15, you see the chart as the one above. If you set the dates from 2/1/15 to 3/1/15 you see a completely different chart with the lower numbers. I wonder if Twitter deleted a bunch of inactive or fake accounts? I know they do that periodically.
