Q3, thanks for your schooling about Easter. I don't celebrate it but enjoyed learning more about where the traditions came from.
NoAngel--that was a beautiful essay today. I love the quote by Jacob TWOP.
I didn't know about online fan communities, etc., until a few months after AI ended. But I bought all the Adam videos and listened to the recordings endlessly. I remember noticing that thing about him coming out of his zone. It was so subtle but so meaningful. I didn't realize that other people noticed it or talked about it because I was in my own bubble (not the AI bubble yet). Sometimes I'm very oblivious to things that others in this fandom notice, but I at least picked up on that. It took me much longer to realize that when he performs, it isn't necessarily that deep (ala Gaga, as you mentioned). That heightened my appreciation of how much fun he was having.
