In answer to the copyright question -- you cannot copyright a song title in the US, Canada or the UK. (And not anywhere else I believe.) It is technically possible to use a Trademarked word or phrase as a Song Title but it would need to be Trademarked for another purpose -- as the name of a business for example.
No one can "own" Ghost Town or Ghostown or Ghosttown...it is in very broad use.

ETA: Just saw Wal's post of Lambertlust's list!!
Dang it, all those lost sales. So a month for worldwide Glamberts to make sure that the streaming service they pick can get recently released US singles, that way the streams can be counted but I'm assuming they want actual buys to take place when it's released in each country so they can say #1 in 48 countries etc.
Unless she's talking radio release which she had already said would be staggered.
I am certain that WBR has the launch plan figured out to optimize worldwide revenue for the entire world.
> So far staging of this promotion has been disciplined and very well planned.
We don't know what the staging will be yet, but I bet it will be on YouTube on April 21, 2015 - and everyone will be able to play it.
