I have not been able to get hold of either Bama or JustWishin. Glad Bama and family are safe although shaken for sure. Will report once I hear from either of them.
Coke, glad you are safe and with your DD. PM me if you want to get together while you are in town.
We had strong winds, rain and lots of lightning last night but no damage. North of us was a different story - I think about a dozen died.
In the picture with Manila, Adam's brows were less prominent so his look was not as extreme. NGL - I don't like the new look but it's his face and his hair so I'll just wait it out until he tires of it. Love Manila's look though. She is one gorgeous drag queen and enjoyed her run during the competition. Girl has some serious attitude - in a good way.

needacoke, thanks for checking in. Lucky your daughter lives so close. Do you know if bamafan has anyone she can stay with? The things one doesn't think about, huh? Like no phone charger and probably no store to go buy a new one?! I assume she has a charger - just no power to plug in into. Don't know about bama's mustang - maybe it was in the garage and not damaged. Have no idea. She keeps kept the Jeep SUV parked outside in the back of the house. I know her husband has a motorcycle. Gas is a HUGE problem. No power - no gas. Bama's Adam collection is on the first floor so maybe damage from the roof being ripped off was mainly on the second floor. She'll need therapy if that stuff was damaged. Glad you're okay and thanks for letting us know about bama. I hope she has other place to go while waiting for the power to go back on. |

uH OH, James fans slamming Adam for having an opinion. twitter all a flutter. LOL James' fans can suck it. Adam's entitled to his opinion like anyone else and he's spot on about James as has been talked about in various idol blogs. The only people who think James is original are the idiot judges. Well put!! ITA , plus I looked and on my feed it was 3 peeps, who are now blocked, since they were using homophobic slurs...  |

uH OH, James fans slamming Adam for having an opinion. twitter all a flutter. I don't blame James' fans. Adam has a lot of pull, and I don't think he saw James performance last night. I love Haley also, but James blew me away last night with his performance especially at the beginning of his song when he sang acappella. I had goosebumps. I think Adam is honest and has a right to be honest without having homophobic slurs directed at him by James fans. If the judges were doing their job the contestants would have been properly critiqued weeks ago. :-/ |
