No, I expect there to be a drop-off pretty soon. We may see it kicking in the next day or too because when the fans finish buying, numbers will drop until he gets enough radio-play to support sales

Just to add a slightly positive note the album is still at #3 in pop and the song is at #31. Yes the overall chart is the most important when it comes to pure sales numbers but I do believe that with the album holding in the top 10 on pop in itunes that is still giving good visibility. Honestly I really didn't expect the album pre-sales at this point to be holding this well.
