4.10.15 Adam News and Info

I don't think the discussion was really resolved. As far as I understand, there are still a few open questions, but I assume we will find out more, as we get closer.

Yesterday's discussion dealt mostly with availability (i.e. i-tunes purchase), which if past indications hold true and if the track is made available immediately (which we are also assuming right now), then the clock will follow US East Coast time, and the track is available on 4/21/15 at 12.01 am, which technically means that the west coast will get the track at 9:01 pm on the 20th. (and so will all those countries that roll out together with the US, you just have to work out what 12:01 am EST means in your time zone). We know, the UK will be different,there may be other countries like that.


Also, usually a 30 second snippet is available prior, so I am not sure when that will be.

Radio play is a different animal, and this Brad Nolan is radio (west coast time zone 2-7 pm). If it is true that he can play that song during his show, and I am assuming that he is not the one that gets first dibs, then the song will have to be introduced on radio on 4/20 some time, which right now seems confusing, based on what we otherwise know.

It does contradict the overall marketing towards 4/21/15 as the grand unveiling (drop date), or at least makes things a bit more fluid.

So we were guessing here, which station gets the first play:  If it is Elvis Duran, then this is East Coast time, live 6-10. After that, comes Ryan Seacrest 10 - 12, both Z100. Does that mean we are hearing the song already on 4/20? Or will we hear it on radio on 4/21, in which case, this Seattle guy must have his dates wrong, and also the song would be on i-tunes for a few hours, before the first radio play.

I don't think we fully know what the overall plan is, and I do get the impression that there is still a special publicity stunt planned, that we have not yet heard about....so, no I don't think at all, that we know the whole schedule. There are still quite a few open questions, imo...

Reasons for posting this video:

1.  "Her name is Mary."  Because you know what is coming.

2.  Sex on a stick at 70 IMO, and for me she always will be.  Sexy is sexy, as someone once said.

3.  To my mind, sexier than anyone else in a 20 year age range, except for perhaps Dame Mirren.  I know there are lots of other candidates, these are just two of mine. 

4.  "I say, we like to do it.  And we like to do it nice and rough."

5.  Memories.

This is what I want for Adam.  A song that you hear Mary or the first few notes and just about everyone knows the song.  A classic that goes down with the ages. Tina, like Adam, knows that the sexiness comes from within not with a costume or lack of one. ICU Miley.
